【摘要】：在電子閱讀和圖書電商的沖擊下,實體書店迎來了生存危機,尤其是標榜獨立,以獨有性、專業(yè)性的特色書籍和出版品為載體獨立經(jīng)營的獨立書店。經(jīng)營困境下,獨立書店開始走上轉(zhuǎn)型之路。售賣其空間優(yōu)勢,進行新媒體的業(yè)務(wù)推廣,和地產(chǎn)商、圖書電商進行合作……在分眾媒體的市場細分、眾包管理模式、體驗營銷培養(yǎng)高粘度消費者等新的經(jīng)營模式的嘗試下,獨立書店迎來了新的生存契機。獨立書店獨立之氣質(zhì)、靜謐迷人之環(huán)境、充滿誘惑力且無法被取代之閱讀體驗,是它生存的核心競爭力。在電子閱讀時代,它因其獨特的空間優(yōu)勢,發(fā)展空間還很大。
[Abstract]:Under the impact of electronic reading and e-business, physical bookstores have ushered in a crisis of survival, especially in the promotion of independence to unique. Professional characteristic books and publications are independent bookstores with independent carriers. In the difficult business situation, independent bookstores begin to go on the road of transformation. They sell their space advantages, carry out new media business promotion, and real estate developers. In the focus of the media market segmentation, crowdsourcing management model, experience marketing training high-viscosity consumers and other new business model. Independent bookstore ushered in a new survival opportunity. Independent bookstore's independent temperament, quiet and charming environment, full of temptation and can not be replaced by the reading experience, it is the core competitiveness of its survival. In the era of electronic reading. Because of its unique spatial advantages, the space for development is still very large.
