【摘要】:高等院校出版社(以下簡稱高校出版社)作為中國出版業(yè)的重要組成部分,承擔著傳播先進文化的責任,其健康發(fā)展對國家文化軟實力的提升具有重要作用。在高校出版社持續(xù)發(fā)展過程中,構建具有核心競爭優(yōu)勢的企業(yè)文化的關鍵在于以思想政治為指導,確定正確的企業(yè)文化方向。因而,研究高校出版社如何基于思想政治教育進行企業(yè)文化建設具有重大意義。本文以基于思想政治教育的高校出版社企業(yè)文化建設為研究對象,首先采用文獻研究和定性研究的方法,辯證地分析了高校出版社企業(yè)文化與思想政治教育的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系和區(qū)別;深刻剖析了現(xiàn)階段高校出版社企業(yè)文化建設中的問題;指出思想政治教育作為高校出版社企業(yè)文化建設的重要內(nèi)容,對保障高校出版社思想政治的穩(wěn)定,指導高校出版社的發(fā)展具有重要意義;豐富了基于思想政治教育的高校出版社企業(yè)文化建設理論體系。其次,基于企業(yè)文化建設的一般原則,以思想政治教育為指導,構建了高校出版社企業(yè)文化建設所應遵循的具體原則;將思想政治教育貫徹于高校出版社企業(yè)文化建設中,從塑造出版社企業(yè)精神和培育企業(yè)價值觀等五個方面指導高校出版社企業(yè)文化具體建設,實現(xiàn)了對高校出版社企業(yè)文化建設方向選擇的理論指導。最后,通過構建思想政治教育在高校出版社內(nèi)部推行的保障機制,保障思想政治教育能夠在高校出版社內(nèi)部得以貫徹,有助于發(fā)揮思想政治教育在高校出版社建設企業(yè)文化過程中的基礎性作用,指導高校出版社建立健康向上的企業(yè)文化。本研究的結構分為以下四個部分:第一部分,對選題的理論價值與現(xiàn)實意義進行論述,簡單介紹高校出版社企業(yè)文化的研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分,闡述了企業(yè)文化的內(nèi)涵、結構、功能與特點,高校出版社的發(fā)展趨勢及發(fā)展過程中存在的問題。第三部分,肯定了高校出版社企業(yè)文化建設取得的成績,對高校出版社企業(yè)文化建設中的問題及其成因進行了詳細的剖析。第四部分,構建了高校出版社企業(yè)文化建設的一般原則,從五個方面指導出版社進行具體的企業(yè)文化建設工作,并在此基礎上構建了包括思想政治教育層面、組織層面與機制層面的保障機制,保障高校出版社企業(yè)文化建設穩(wěn)步實施。
[Abstract]:As an important part of China's publishing industry, the publishing houses of colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as university publishing houses) bear the responsibility of spreading advanced culture. Its healthy development plays an important role in the promotion of national cultural soft power. In the process of sustainable development of university publishing houses, the key to construct corporate culture with core competitive advantage lies in the guidance of ideology and politics. Determine the correct direction of corporate culture. It is of great significance to study the construction of enterprise culture based on ideological and political education in university publishing houses. This paper takes the enterprise culture construction of university publishing houses based on ideological and political education as the research object. Firstly, by using the methods of literature research and qualitative research, this paper dialectically analyzes the internal relations and differences between enterprise culture and ideological and political education in universities and publishing houses. This paper deeply analyzes the problems in the construction of enterprise culture of university publishing houses at this stage; It is pointed out that ideological and political education, as an important content of the enterprise culture construction of university publishing houses, is of great significance to ensure the ideological and political stability of university publishing houses and to guide the development of university publishing houses. It enriches the theoretical system of enterprise culture construction based on ideological and political education. Secondly, it is guided by ideological and political education based on the general principles of enterprise culture construction. The concrete principles which should be followed in the construction of enterprise culture of university publishing house are constructed. Carry out ideological and political education in the construction of enterprise culture of university publishing house, and guide the construction of enterprise culture of university publishing house from five aspects, such as shaping publishing house enterprise spirit and cultivating enterprise value. Finally, through the construction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities within the press of the implementation of the safeguard mechanism. The guarantee of ideological and political education can be carried out within the publishing houses of colleges and universities, which is helpful to give play to the basic role of ideological and political education in the process of building enterprise culture of university publishing houses. The structure of this study is divided into the following four parts: the first part discusses the theoretical value and practical significance of the topic. This paper briefly introduces the research status of enterprise culture in university publishing house. The second part expounds the connotation, structure, function and characteristics of enterprise culture. The development trend of university publishing house and the problems existing in the process of development. The third part affirms the achievements of enterprise culture construction of university publishing house. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of enterprise culture construction of university publishing house in detail. 4th part, constructs the general principles of enterprise culture construction of university publishing house. From five aspects to guide the publishing house to carry on the concrete enterprise culture construction work, and on this basis has constructed the safeguard mechanism which includes the ideological and political education level, the organization level and the mechanism level. To ensure the steady implementation of enterprise culture construction in universities and publishing houses.
