【摘要】：正"十三五"時期出版行業(yè)對人才的需求有了新的變化和要求,總體可以括為三點:一個是寬領域,一個是多層次,一個是廣規(guī)模。所謂寬領域,即隨著出版業(yè)與技術融合發(fā)展,所需要的人才正發(fā)生結構性的變化,人才專業(yè)領域大大拓展。所謂多層次,即新聞出版行業(yè)所需要的人才應包含各個層次和水平,不僅需要高端人才,也需要結構性的合理補充。所謂廣規(guī)模,即隨著產業(yè)不斷擴張和產業(yè)鏈的延長,新聞出版業(yè)所需要的人才規(guī)模,比任何以往時期都大。
