【摘要】：文章采用1997年-2014年我國裝備制造業(yè)及其外部融資水平的實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù),考察了我國裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展水平與外部融資之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果顯示:債權(quán)融資水平的提升對裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展有正向影響,而股權(quán)融資水平的提升具有負(fù)向影響;債權(quán)融資和股權(quán)融資對裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展具有滯后作用,且長期效果并不顯著,同時(shí),裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展并沒有促進(jìn)債權(quán)融資和股權(quán)融資水平的提升。
[Abstract]:Based on the empirical data of China's equipment manufacturing industry and its external financing level in the period from 1997 to 2014, the relationship between the development level and external financing of the equipment manufacturing industry in China is investigated. The result shows that the improvement of the financing level of the creditor's rights has a positive effect on the development of the equipment manufacturing industry, and the improvement of the equity financing level has a negative effect; the financing of the creditor's rights and the equity financing have a lagging effect on the development of the equipment manufacturing industry, and the long-term effect is not obvious, and meanwhile, The development of equipment manufacturing industry has not promoted the promotion of creditor's rights financing and equity financing.
