A企業(yè)班組長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:A企業(yè)自建立以來(lái)一直非常重視對(duì)員工的培訓(xùn),隨著企業(yè)發(fā)展的成熟,企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)班組長(zhǎng)的能力期望也越來(lái)越高。A企業(yè)班組長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容比較豐富,但是還不夠體系化。本文以A公司班組長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)的實(shí)踐為對(duì)象,結(jié)合人力資源培訓(xùn)理論和能力素質(zhì)模型建立理論,考慮崗位的獨(dú)特性,充分研究A企業(yè)班組長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題,提出基于能力素質(zhì)的A企業(yè)班組長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)模型。開(kāi)展基于能力素質(zhì)的班組長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)體系研究,對(duì)于提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行力和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有著非常重要的意義。本文構(gòu)建的班組長(zhǎng)能力素質(zhì)模型為人力資源管理其他各模塊的建設(shè)、實(shí)施、開(kāi)發(fā)奠定了良好的理論與實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ);可以幫助企業(yè)的班組長(zhǎng)人員明確個(gè)人發(fā)展學(xué)習(xí)方向,引導(dǎo)班組長(zhǎng)成員努力提高個(gè)人能力及績(jī)效;可以幫助企業(yè)挖掘班組長(zhǎng)人員潛質(zhì),提升企業(yè)整體的人力資源管理水平,獲取企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。另外,本文構(gòu)建的班組長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)能力素質(zhì)模型是對(duì)我國(guó)企業(yè)實(shí)地研究和理論深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上形成的,能為其他企業(yè)班組長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)提供借鑒和參考經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Since its establishment, Enterprise A has attached great importance to the training of its employees. With the maturity of the development of the enterprise, the expectations of the leaders of the enterprise on the ability of the team leader are getting higher and higher. The content of the training of the team leader of the enterprise is relatively rich, but it is not systematic enough. This paper takes the practice of class leader training in Company A as the object, combines the theory of human resource training and the model of ability and quality, considers the uniqueness of the post, and fully studies the present situation and problems of class leader training in Enterprise A. A class leader training model of enterprise A based on ability and quality is put forward. It is of great significance to carry out the research of class leader training system based on ability and quality in order to improve the production execution and core competitiveness of enterprises. The ability quality model of team leader constructed in this paper lays a good theoretical and practical foundation for the construction, implementation and development of other modules of human resource management. It can help the team leader of the enterprise to make clear the direction of personal development and study, and guide the members of the team leader to improve their personal ability and performance. It can help enterprises excavate the potential of team leaders, improve the overall level of human resources management, and obtain the competitive advantage of enterprises. In addition, the quality model of class leader training ability constructed in this paper is formed on the basis of on-the-spot research and theoretical analysis of Chinese enterprises, which can provide reference and reference experience for the training of class leaders in other enterprises.
