【摘要】：企業(yè)轉型升級不僅受到客觀因素的影響,也在很大程度上取決于決策者的主觀意愿。文章從企業(yè)家的主觀意愿角度出發(fā),通過構建二元選擇模型研究影響企業(yè)轉型升級的因素。結果表明,企業(yè)位置、企業(yè)類型等客觀因素對企業(yè)家實施轉型升級的意愿具有強烈的正向作用,而自主創(chuàng)業(yè)、較高的設備水平、與外資有合作關系、擁有自主品牌榮譽等因素與轉型升級意愿呈現(xiàn)反向關系。這些研究發(fā)現(xiàn)與一般經驗具有較大的偏差,因此,促進企業(yè)轉型升級不僅需要改善企業(yè)經營的客觀環(huán)境,更需要不斷增強企業(yè)家精神。
[Abstract]:The transformation and upgrading of enterprises is not only influenced by objective factors, but also depends on the subjective will of decision makers to a great extent. From the point of view of entrepreneurs' subjective will, this paper studies the factors that affect the transformation and upgrading of enterprises by constructing a binary selection model. The results show that the objective factors such as enterprise location and enterprise type have a strong positive effect on the willingness of entrepreneurs to carry out transformation and upgrading, while independent entrepreneurship, high equipment level and cooperative relationship with foreign capital. Has the independent brand honor and so on the factor and the transformation upgrade intention to present the reverse relation. These studies find that there is a great deviation from the general experience. Therefore, it is not only necessary to improve the objective environment of business operation, but also to enhance the entrepreneurial spirit to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.
