【摘要】：我國(guó)正處在綠色建筑發(fā)展的初級(jí)階段,綠色建筑面臨外部性和高成本投入的發(fā)展障礙,難以被廣泛接受并實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)發(fā)展。為了解決這些問(wèn)題,文章通過(guò)綠色建筑互聯(lián)網(wǎng)融資平臺(tái)設(shè)想以及主體搭建,構(gòu)建出平臺(tái)框架并設(shè)立資金和信息運(yùn)行規(guī)則。但平臺(tái)運(yùn)行過(guò)程中還存在一些現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,比如綠色建筑生產(chǎn)者的主動(dòng)性、消費(fèi)者的接受程度以及增量成本的具體分?jǐn)偟葐?wèn)題,文章嘗試從將綠色建筑外部收益量化和短期化、利用公用綠色建筑的宣示效應(yīng)以及將綠色建筑納入城市規(guī)劃等措施來(lái)保障平臺(tái)的順利運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:Our country is in the primary stage of green building development. Green building is facing the obstacles of externality and high cost input, and it is difficult to be widely accepted and to realize sustainable development. In order to solve these problems, the paper constructs the framework of the platform and sets up the operating rules of capital and information through the assumption of the Internet financing platform of green building and the construction of the main body. However, there are still some practical problems in the operation of the platform, such as the initiative of green building producers, the acceptance of consumers and the specific allocation of incremental costs. This paper attempts to quantify and short-term the external benefits of green buildings. To ensure the smooth operation of the platform, the declaration effect of public green buildings and the integration of green buildings into urban planning are used to ensure the smooth operation of the platform.
