【摘要】：使用中國制造企業(yè)微觀數(shù)據(jù),首次對企業(yè)所處不同年齡階段與創(chuàng)新的動態(tài)演化關(guān)系進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的研究。通過APC模型將年齡因素劃分為年齡效應(yīng)和代際效應(yīng)后發(fā)現(xiàn):首先,中國制造企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新行為并不存在純粹的年齡效應(yīng),相反,在大部分時間內(nèi),成立年限越長的企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新激勵卻呈現(xiàn)逐漸下降的趨勢;其次,中國制造企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新行為存在明顯的代際效應(yīng),代際越新的企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新激勵呈現(xiàn)逐年上升趨勢;最后,在不同的行業(yè)類型和所有制類型中,非國有企業(yè)、高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)和勞動密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新行為的年齡效應(yīng)演化趨勢存在系統(tǒng)性的差異,國有企業(yè)和外資企業(yè)的代際效應(yīng)并沒有顯著性的差異。
[Abstract]:Based on the micro data of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, the dynamic evolution relationship between different age stages and innovation is studied systematically for the first time. The age factors are divided into age effect and intergenerational effect by APC model. First of all, the innovation behavior of Chinese manufacturing enterprises does not have pure age effect, on the contrary, for most of the time, the innovation behavior of Chinese manufacturing enterprises does not exist pure age effect, on the contrary, for most of the time, The longer the enterprise is established, the lower the innovation incentive is. Secondly, the innovation behavior of Chinese manufacturing enterprises has obvious intergenerational effect, and the innovation incentive of Chinese manufacturing enterprises is rising year by year. Finally, in different industry types and ownership types, there are systematic differences in the evolution trend of age effect of innovation behavior in non-state-owned enterprises, high-tech industries and labor-intensive industries. There is no significant difference between the intergenerational effects of state-owned enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises.
