【摘要】：正火力發(fā)電廠輸煤系統(tǒng)在煤炭翻卸、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)、破碎、篩分等過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生大量煤塵。由于粒徑較小,煤塵長(zhǎng)時(shí)間懸浮在空氣中不沉降,極易導(dǎo)致含量超標(biāo),嚴(yán)重地影響了生產(chǎn)環(huán)境,危害一線員工的身體健康。煤塵長(zhǎng)期附著在設(shè)備表面,還會(huì)造成表面腐蝕、臟污。細(xì)煤粉堆積在電氣設(shè)備上,是一項(xiàng)重大安全隱患。燃料系統(tǒng)清潔一般以水沖洗為主,水沖洗不但腐蝕設(shè)備,而且易造成交叉污染,久而久之,燃料系統(tǒng)"臟、亂、差"的格局日益凸顯。近年來(lái),隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,
[Abstract]:A large amount of coal dust is produced in coal unloading, transferring, crushing, screening and so on in coal conveying system of normal thermal power plant. Because of the small particle size and the coal dust suspended in the air for a long time, it is easy to cause excessive content, which seriously affects the production environment and endangers the health of front-line workers. Coal dust attached to the equipment surface for a long time, but also cause surface corrosion, dirt. Fine pulverized coal accumulates on electrical equipment, which is a major safety hazard. The main cleaning of fuel system is water washing. Water washing not only corrodes equipment, but also easily causes cross contamination.
