基于多智能體的電力市場(chǎng)競(jìng)價(jià)行為研究

【摘要】:20世紀(jì)宋期,全球范圍內(nèi)掀起了電力市場(chǎng)改革的浪潮,其內(nèi)容是打破電力市場(chǎng)壟斷,引入競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制,其目的是推動(dòng)電力行業(yè)生產(chǎn)力提高和資源的合理配置。到目前為止,電力市場(chǎng)的改革已取得了很大成績(jī),然而對(duì)于一個(gè)新的制度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也是難免的。為了使我國(guó)電力市場(chǎng)改革順利進(jìn)行,電力市場(chǎng)健康發(fā)展,起到資源優(yōu)化配置的作用,對(duì)電力市場(chǎng)競(jìng)價(jià)行為的研究有很大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文對(duì)于電力市場(chǎng)競(jìng)價(jià)行為研究主要做了如下工作:通過(guò)閱讀和分析大量國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于電力市場(chǎng)競(jìng)價(jià)行為研究的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對(duì)于國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于電力市場(chǎng)競(jìng)價(jià)行為研究的文獻(xiàn)做出歸納總結(jié),并選擇用多智能體系統(tǒng)對(duì)電力市場(chǎng)競(jìng)價(jià)行為的仿真。研究了電力市場(chǎng)相關(guān)理論,主要包括電力市場(chǎng)的定義、要素、交易模式和競(jìng)價(jià)機(jī)制,分析了電力市場(chǎng)中發(fā)電商的成本和利潤(rùn)。研究了多智能體技術(shù),將遺傳算法作為多智能體的主要計(jì)算算法,并對(duì)算法進(jìn)行研究、軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)和仿真分析,確保算法準(zhǔn)確可靠。選取兩種經(jīng)典市場(chǎng)模型(古諾模型和伯特蘭德模型),基于多智能體技術(shù)建立了具有兩家供應(yīng)商的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)價(jià)模型,并用C++軟件仿真此競(jìng)價(jià)行為,最后通過(guò)理論分析仿真結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了本文所設(shè)計(jì)的多智能體系統(tǒng)的有效性和實(shí)用性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,將兩家供應(yīng)商擴(kuò)展到多家供應(yīng)商,基于多智能體技術(shù)建立了多家發(fā)電商的電力市場(chǎng)模型。分別在PAB競(jìng)價(jià)機(jī)制下和MCP競(jìng)價(jià)機(jī)制下,對(duì)不同電力市場(chǎng)需求量(1000MW、3150MW、3200MW、5700MW)的電力市場(chǎng)競(jìng)價(jià)行為進(jìn)行仿真、對(duì)比分析,得出結(jié)論。同時(shí),在相同電力市場(chǎng)需求量下,對(duì)PAB競(jìng)價(jià)機(jī)制下和MCP競(jìng)機(jī)制下的電力市場(chǎng)競(jìng)價(jià)行為進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。
[Abstract]:In the Song Dynasty of the 20th century, the reform of the electric power market was carried out in the whole world. Its content was to break the monopoly of the electricity market and introduce the competitive mechanism, the purpose of which was to promote the improvement of the power industry productivity and the rational allocation of resources. Up to now, great achievements have been made in the reform of electricity market, but it is inevitable for a new system risk. In order to make the reform of electricity market in our country go on smoothly, the electricity market develops healthily and plays the role of optimizing the allocation of resources, it is of great practical significance to study the bidding behavior of electricity market. The main work of this paper is as follows: through reading and analyzing a large number of domestic and foreign research on electricity market bidding behavior, This paper summarizes the literatures about the bidding behavior of electricity market at home and abroad, and chooses to use multi-agent system to simulate the bidding behavior of electricity market. This paper studies the relevant theories of electricity market, including the definition, elements, trading mode and bidding mechanism of electricity market, and analyzes the cost and profit of the generator in the electricity market. The multi-agent technology is studied, and the genetic algorithm is regarded as the main computing algorithm of multi-agent. The algorithm is studied, software realization and simulation analysis are carried out to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the algorithm. Two kinds of classical market models (Cournot model and Bertrand model) are selected. Based on the multi-agent technology, the market bidding model with two suppliers is established, and the bidding behavior is simulated by C software. Finally, the simulation results are analyzed theoretically. The effectiveness and practicability of the multi-agent system designed in this paper are verified. On this basis, two suppliers are extended to multiple suppliers, and the electricity market model of multiple generators is established based on multi-agent technology. Under the PAB bidding mechanism and the MCP bidding mechanism, the electricity market bidding behavior of different electricity market demand (1000MW / 3150MW / 3200MW / 5700MW) is simulated and analyzed, and the conclusion is drawn. At the same time, under the same demand of electricity market, the bidding behavior of electricity market under PAB bidding mechanism and MCP competitive mechanism is compared and analyzed.
