【摘要】：從中老年人群茶葉消費的的偏好來看,他們更習(xí)慣到熟悉的門店中來挑選茶葉。從而,茶葉營銷中間渠道的搭建就需要兼顧傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代兩個方面。通過討論分析,中間渠道搭建措施需要圍繞著茶葉專賣店、各大實體賣場、線上虛擬賣場的特征展開構(gòu)建。對中間渠道的管理措施則需要圍繞著:增強供應(yīng)鏈管理意識、創(chuàng)新中間商激勵機制、完善中間商規(guī)制機制、強化廠商與市場互動等四個方面來構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:According to the preference of the middle-and-aged people for tea consumption, they are more accustomed to choosing tea from familiar stores. Thus, the establishment of tea marketing channels needs to take into account the traditional and modern aspects. Through discussion and analysis, the middle channel construction measures need to be built around the characteristics of tea specialty stores, major physical stores and online virtual stores. The management measures of intermediate channels should be built around four aspects: enhancing the consciousness of supply chain management, innovating the incentive mechanism of middlemen, perfecting the regulation mechanism of middlemen, and strengthening the interaction between manufacturers and markets.
