【摘要】：近幾年來(lái),環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題被人們廣泛關(guān)注,我國(guó)已經(jīng)把改善能源結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)展清潔能源作為國(guó)家能源調(diào)整戰(zhàn)略的重點(diǎn)。天然氣作為清潔、優(yōu)質(zhì)的生態(tài)能源和經(jīng)濟(jì)、高效的化工原料,得到了國(guó)內(nèi)外一致認(rèn)同,天然氣在我國(guó)乃至世界的能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)中,將會(huì)占有越來(lái)越高的比重,天然氣產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來(lái)新的發(fā)展契機(jī)。隨著國(guó)家相關(guān)扶持政策的出臺(tái),我國(guó)天然氣探明儲(chǔ)量逐步增加,管網(wǎng)建設(shè)逐步加快,天然氣行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展的態(tài)勢(shì)。在這一背景下,天然氣管輸行業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿薮?機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存。怎樣把握機(jī)遇,應(yīng)對(duì)復(fù)雜多變的外部環(huán)境,在日趨激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取勝并謀求更大的發(fā)展,是擺在每個(gè)管輸公司面前的共性問(wèn)題。藍(lán)天天然氣公司是膠東地區(qū)從事天然氣長(zhǎng)輸管道行業(yè)的中外合資企業(yè),公司產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈較為單一,且面臨著上游氣源不充足、新進(jìn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者搶占市場(chǎng)的威脅。本文通過(guò)對(duì)該公司進(jìn)行研究,從促進(jìn)公司可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的愿景出發(fā),在充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略管理的基本原理,運(yùn)用多種分析方法,分析了藍(lán)天天然氣公司的內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境和優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì),提出了合理的縱向一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文提出了藍(lán)天天然氣公司縱向一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的目標(biāo)、方向和途徑,明確提出公司要分別向產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈前向、后向擴(kuò)張,制定出基于購(gòu)并的前向一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和基于戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的后向一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提出了能夠保障戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施具體措施。本文的研究,對(duì)于處在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中游,經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展存在局限且面臨競(jìng)爭(zhēng)挑戰(zhàn)的藍(lán)天天然氣公司,有著較為實(shí)際的指導(dǎo)意義,對(duì)于類(lèi)似的管輸企業(yè)探尋發(fā)展之路也有一定的借鑒意義。同時(shí),本文對(duì)我國(guó)天然氣行業(yè)的改革與發(fā)展,也將起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of environmental pollution has been widely concerned by people. In China, improving the energy structure and developing clean energy are the key points of the national energy adjustment strategy. Natural gas as a clean, high-quality ecological energy and economy, efficient chemical raw materials, has been unanimously recognized at home and abroad, natural gas in our country and even the world's energy consumption structure, will occupy an increasingly high proportion. Natural gas industry ushered in a new opportunity for development. With the introduction of relevant national support policies, the proven reserves of natural gas in China are gradually increasing, the pipe network construction is gradually speeding up, and the natural gas industry is showing a rapid development trend. Under this background, the development potential of natural gas pipeline industry is huge, opportunities and challenges coexist. How to grasp the opportunity, deal with the complex and changeable external environment, win in the increasingly fierce market competition and seek greater development, is the common problem in front of every pipeline company. Lantian Natural Gas Company is a Sino-foreign joint venture engaged in gas pipeline industry in Jiaodong area. The industrial chain of the company is relatively single, and it is facing the threat of insufficient upstream gas sources and new competitors to seize the market. In this paper, through the research of the company, from the perspective of promoting the sustainable development of the company, on the basis of full investigation, according to the basic principles of strategic management, using a variety of analytical methods to analyze the blue sky natural gas company, External environment, advantages and disadvantages, put forward a reasonable vertical integration development strategy. This paper puts forward the goal, direction and way of the vertical integration development strategy of Blue Sky Natural Gas Company, and clearly points out that the company should expand forward and backward respectively to the industrial chain. The forward integrated development strategy based on merger and acquisition and the backward integrated development strategy based on strategic alliance are worked out, and the concrete measures to guarantee the implementation of the strategy are put forward. The research in this paper is of practical significance to the blue sky natural gas company which is in the industry chain, limited in the management development and facing the challenge of competition, and also has certain reference significance for the similar pipeline enterprises to explore the way of development. At the same time, this paper will also play a certain role in the reform and development of natural gas industry in China.
