【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展及人們個(gè)性化需求的增長(zhǎng),現(xiàn)代制造型企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,企業(yè)能否高效應(yīng)用信息技術(shù)來(lái)提高生產(chǎn)效率已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)贏得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的關(guān)鍵要素之一。產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)是企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)的源頭,是企業(yè)信息管理的基礎(chǔ),而物料清單(Bill of Material,BOM)又是產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)和主要形式,在企業(yè)信息化管理過(guò)程中起著十分重要的作用。首先,本文結(jié)合制造型企業(yè)BOM技術(shù)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,分析并總結(jié)了目前BOM技術(shù)在企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,研究了BOM的各個(gè)管理事項(xiàng),分析了BOM在數(shù)據(jù)錄入,BOM模版管理,BOM通用化技術(shù)等方面的企業(yè)需求。其次,本文論述了基于客戶需求的配置模型獲取技術(shù)。從基于客戶需求的產(chǎn)品配置模型的構(gòu)架入手,給出了零部件之間的配置關(guān)系運(yùn)算,通過(guò)對(duì)BOM視圖映射的分析,研究了從客戶需求到設(shè)計(jì)BOM的映射技術(shù)�；谥貞c建設(shè)摩托車股份有限公司的工程實(shí)踐,對(duì)BOM在企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)中的轉(zhuǎn)化流程進(jìn)行了實(shí)際操作研究。再次,論文提出了產(chǎn)品全生命周期下的制造BOM、設(shè)計(jì)BOM和采購(gòu)BOM之間的轉(zhuǎn)化模型及算法。對(duì)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)BOM向制造BOM轉(zhuǎn)化時(shí)遇到的問(wèn)題做了詳細(xì)的分析,針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題,提出了一種新的BOM轉(zhuǎn)化模型,并結(jié)合該模型設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的算法。最后,論文運(yùn)用BOM理論方面的相關(guān)知識(shí),聯(lián)系企業(yè)中的實(shí)際運(yùn)用,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)分析與設(shè)計(jì),建立了基于BOM技術(shù)的企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用證明了本文提出的觀點(diǎn)有一定的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文結(jié)尾對(duì)BOM技術(shù)研究做了進(jìn)一步的展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the increase of individual demand, the competition among modern manufacturing enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Whether enterprises can use information technology to improve production efficiency has become one of the key factors for enterprises to win the competition. Product data is the source of enterprise data and the basis of enterprise information management, and bill of materials (Bill of Material,BOM) is the basis and main form of product data, which plays a very important role in the process of enterprise information management. First of all, combined with the domestic and international research status of BOM technology in manufacturing enterprises, this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems of BOM technology in the process of enterprise implementation, studies the various management items of BOM, and analyzes the management of BOM in data entry and BOM template. BOM generic technology and other aspects of the enterprise needs. Secondly, this paper discusses the configuration model acquisition technology based on customer requirements. Starting with the framework of the product configuration model based on customer demand, the configuration relation operation between parts is given. Through the analysis of BOM view mapping, the mapping technology from customer requirement to design BOM is studied. Based on the engineering practice of Chongqing Construction Motorcycle Co., Ltd, the conversion process of BOM in enterprise information management system is studied. Thirdly, the transformation model and algorithm between manufacturing BOM, design BOM and purchasing BOM are proposed. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems encountered in the transformation of product design BOM to manufacturing BOM, and puts forward a new BOM transformation model based on the existing problems, and designs the corresponding algorithm combined with the model. Finally, the paper uses the related knowledge of BOM theory, connecting with the practical application in the enterprise, through systematic analysis and design, establishes the enterprise information management system based on the BOM technology. The practical application of the system has proved that the viewpoint put forward in this paper has certain practical application value. At the end of this paper, the further research of BOM technology is prospected.
