【摘要】：正完善"四項(xiàng)機(jī)制",規(guī)范效能監(jiān)察工作運(yùn)行機(jī)制機(jī)制是開(kāi)展工作的基礎(chǔ)和前提,在規(guī)范造價(jià)咨詢(xún)企業(yè)的效能監(jiān)察工作中要注重健全完善"四項(xiàng)"機(jī)制。一是建立領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)制。加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),健全機(jī)構(gòu),是保障效能監(jiān)察工作運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵。造價(jià)咨詢(xún)企業(yè)要專(zhuān)門(mén)成立以黨政主要負(fù)責(zé)人任組長(zhǎng),行政副職、紀(jì)委書(shū)記任副組長(zhǎng),紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察、財(cái)務(wù)、工程、企管、經(jīng)管等部門(mén)業(yè)務(wù)骨干為成員的效能監(jiān)察領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組,并建立黨政主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)負(fù)責(zé)、紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察部門(mén)組織協(xié)
[Abstract]:We should perfect the "four mechanisms" and standardize the operational mechanism of efficiency supervision is the basis and premise of the work.
