【摘要】：本文以銅資源以及中國五礦集團公司有關銅礦海外收購事件為例,對企業(yè)層面的礦產經濟外交影響機制做出梳理分析。分析表明,在企業(yè)層面的經濟外交實踐過程中,政府通過相關部門的監(jiān)管和政策等影響企業(yè)全球化經營戰(zhàn)略的制定,進而影響企業(yè)的對外經濟行為;而企業(yè)在對外經濟交往中,國企身份和兩國的政治因素會影響企業(yè)全球化經營戰(zhàn)略的實施;此外,企業(yè)也通過游說、媒體等政治外交手段影響政府的決策。
[Abstract]:Taking copper resources and overseas copper acquisitions of China Minmetals Group as an example, this paper makes an analysis of the influence mechanism of mineral economic diplomacy at the enterprise level. The analysis shows that in the process of economic and diplomatic practice at the enterprise level, the government influences the formulation of the enterprise's global management strategy through the supervision and policy of the relevant departments, and then affects the enterprise's foreign economic behavior. The identity of state-owned enterprises and the political factors of the two countries will affect the implementation of the strategy of enterprise globalization. In addition, enterprises will also influence the government's decision-making through political and diplomatic means such as lobbying, media and other political and diplomatic means.
