【摘要】：正一、調(diào)研背景在城市化與工業(yè)化進(jìn)程不斷加速的今天,能源問題已成為限制我國持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的一個重要瓶頸。開發(fā)和利用新能源不僅是我國實現(xiàn)綠色發(fā)展、建設(shè)生態(tài)文明的必然選擇,也是降低國際石油依賴,保證國家能源安全的關(guān)鍵所在。鋰是自然界最輕的金屬,被科學(xué)家譽為"工業(yè)味精"、"能源金屬",在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中,鋰產(chǎn)品一直占據(jù)著十分重要的地位,更是發(fā)展新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要材料。目前鋰離子電池集中體現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代能源
