萬朗集團國際化戰(zhàn)略制定與實施研究

【摘要】:近幾年來, “走出去”戰(zhàn)略已成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的方向。隨著國家“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的提出和實施,境外企業(yè)投資管理法律法規(guī)的完善和境外融資渠道的逐漸擴展,海內(nèi)外投資對比優(yōu)勢漸顯,這些都為加快中國企業(yè)的“走出去”步伐提供了基礎(chǔ)和條件;趪H經(jīng)濟一體化和企業(yè)“走出去”的國家戰(zhàn)略,中國企業(yè)如何進行國際化是一個亟待研究的問題。在中國企業(yè)國際化的進程中,失敗的教訓(xùn)多,成功的經(jīng)驗少。如果能從理論上和實踐上對這個問題進行研究,總結(jié)成功的經(jīng)驗和失敗的教訓(xùn),幫助企業(yè)找到國際化成功的法寶,將具有非常重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。本文以對外直接投資理論為研究基礎(chǔ),對萬朗集團國際化戰(zhàn)略的制定和實施過程進行分析和研究,總結(jié)萬朗集團在國際化戰(zhàn)略實施過程中的成功經(jīng)驗,分析國際化經(jīng)營中遇到的困難和問題,提出解決問題的措施。本文共分為五章。第一章為緒論,主要闡述本文的研究背景和意義、介紹國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,展示本文研究思路和方法以及創(chuàng)新點和特色等。第二章是相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ),主要介紹相關(guān)概念和對外直接投資理論。第三章是萬朗集團國際化戰(zhàn)略的制定,主要介紹萬朗集團概況、集團國際化戰(zhàn)略的制定背景和戰(zhàn)略框架。第四章主要分析萬朗集團國際化戰(zhàn)略實施中遇到的難題和解決方案,總結(jié)成功經(jīng)驗。第五章為本文結(jié)論和啟示。通過研究,本文認為對外直接投資理論體系中,對企業(yè)國際化最有價值的理論是“壟斷優(yōu)勢理論”,萬朗集團國際化戰(zhàn)略實施的成功,在于萬朗集團具備競爭對手無法比擬的競爭優(yōu)勢。本文的啟示是:1、企業(yè)在國際化經(jīng)營中要想立于不敗之地,必須擁有行業(yè)內(nèi)的壟斷優(yōu)勢;2、政府要積極鼓勵和推進中小企業(yè)走出去,加大對中小企業(yè)“走出去”的政策與資金扶持;3、海外投資的企業(yè)要修煉內(nèi)功,激發(fā)內(nèi)部建設(shè)動力,全面促進國際化能力升級;4、中小企業(yè)應(yīng)當加大對跨國經(jīng)營管理人才的培養(yǎng),建設(shè)一支“走出去”的海外管理精英團隊。本文的研究結(jié)論對眾多正在進行國際化的中國企業(yè)具有重要的理論意義和實踐參考價值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, "go out" strategy has become the direction of enterprise development. With the development and implementation of the national "Belt and Road" strategy, the improvement of the laws and regulations governing the investment of overseas enterprises and the gradual expansion of overseas financing channels, the comparative advantages of investment at home and abroad have gradually become apparent. All these have provided the foundation and condition for speeding up the "going out" step of Chinese enterprises. Based on the national strategy of international economic integration and "going out", how to internationalize Chinese enterprises is an urgent problem to be studied. In the process of internationalization of Chinese enterprises, there are many lessons to fail and few experiences to succeed. If we can study this problem theoretically and practically, sum up the experience of success and the lessons of failure, and help enterprises find the magic weapon of internationalization success, it will have very important theoretical and practical significance. Based on the theory of foreign direct investment, this paper analyzes and studies the formulation and implementation process of the international strategy of Wanrang Group, and summarizes the successful experience of the Group in the implementation of international strategy. This paper analyzes the difficulties and problems encountered in the international operation, and puts forward some measures to solve the problems. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly describes the research background and significance of this paper, introduces the current research situation at home and abroad, shows the research ideas and methods, as well as innovative points and characteristics. The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical basis, mainly introduces the related concepts and foreign direct investment theory. The third chapter is the formulation of the international strategy of Wanrang Group, mainly introduces the general situation of Wanrang Group, the background and strategic framework of the Group's internationalization strategy. Chapter four mainly analyzes the problems and solutions encountered in the implementation of Wanlang Group's internationalization strategy, and summarizes the successful experiences. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and enlightenment of this paper. Through the research, this paper holds that the most valuable theory in the theory system of foreign direct investment is the "monopoly advantage theory", and the successful implementation of the international strategy of Wanlong Group. Lies in the Wanlong group has the competitive advantage which the competitor cannot compare. The enlightenment of this paper is as follows: 1, if enterprises want to be invincible in their international operation, they must have the monopoly advantage in the industry; 2, the government should actively encourage and promote the small and medium-sized enterprises to go out. Increasing the policy and financial support for the small and medium-sized enterprises to "go out"; 3, enterprises investing abroad should train their internal work, stimulate the internal construction power, and promote the upgrading of the internationalization ability; Fourth, small and medium-sized enterprises should increase the training of transnational management talents and build an overseas management elite team. The conclusion of this paper is of great theoretical significance and practical reference value to many Chinese enterprises in the process of internationalization.
