【摘要】：醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生行業(yè)與廣大人民群眾的生活密切相關(guān),對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定有著非常重要的作用和影響。改革開放30年以來,我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)經(jīng)歷了令人驚嘆的快速發(fā)展,人民群眾的生活水平有了日新月異的提高。傳統(tǒng)意義上的醫(yī)藥治療已然不再是人民群眾關(guān)注的唯一要點(diǎn),而是更多的開始接觸并重視營養(yǎng)健康以及營養(yǎng)治療等方面的理念,對(duì)于醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生行業(yè)的發(fā)展有了進(jìn)一步的新要求,這就為臨床營養(yǎng)行業(yè)帶來了大量且更為廣闊的市場(chǎng)需求。XX臨床營養(yǎng)制藥有限公司已成立30余年,是中國臨床營養(yǎng)行業(yè)中的佼佼者之一,在臨床營養(yǎng)行業(yè)內(nèi)具有一定的影響力。然而在擁抱發(fā)展機(jī)遇的同時(shí),隨著同類醫(yī)藥企業(yè)數(shù)量的逐步增多,同質(zhì)化競爭愈演愈烈,XX臨床營養(yǎng)制藥有限公司的經(jīng)營發(fā)展也受到了嚴(yán)重挑戰(zhàn),這就需要XX臨床營養(yǎng)制藥有限公司從差異化競爭的角度去思考公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。一方面牢牢抓住機(jī)遇,另一方面勇于面對(duì)挑戰(zhàn),及時(shí)調(diào)整自身的競爭戰(zhàn)略,從而不斷提高自身的經(jīng)營水平,開拓技術(shù)能力與生產(chǎn)能力的創(chuàng)新。本文在通過對(duì)差異化競爭戰(zhàn)略的研究和對(duì)XX臨床營養(yǎng)制藥有限公司所面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析的基礎(chǔ)上,試圖提出適合XX臨床營養(yǎng)制藥有限公司的差異化競爭戰(zhàn)略的要點(diǎn),包括品牌差異化、產(chǎn)品差異化、價(jià)格差異化、渠道差異化、促銷差異化；并進(jìn)行了XX臨床營養(yǎng)制藥有限公司差異化競爭戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的原則、途徑和方法的論述。希望本文的研究能為XX臨床營養(yǎng)制藥有限公司獲取有效的競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)以及長期穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The medical and health industry is closely related to the life of the people and plays an important role in the economic development and social stability of our country. Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, the economy of our country has experienced amazing and rapid development, and the living standard of the people has been improved with each passing day. Medical treatment in the traditional sense is no longer the only key point that the people pay attention to, but more people begin to contact and attach importance to the concept of nutrition, health and nutrition treatment, which has further new requirements for the development of the medical and health industry. XX Clinical Nutrition Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has been established for more than 30 years. It is one of the best clinical nutrition industry in China, and has a certain influence in clinical nutrition industry. However, while embracing the opportunities for development, with the number of similar pharmaceutical enterprises increasing gradually, the competition of homogeneity intensified, the management and development of XX Clinical Nutrition Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has also been seriously challenged. This requires XX Clinical Nutrition Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to consider its development strategy from the perspective of differentiation competition. On the one hand, grasp the opportunity firmly, on the other hand, dare to face the challenge, adjust oneself's competition strategy in time, thus continuously improve own management level, open up the innovation of technical ability and production capacity. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment faced by XX Clinical Nutrition Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., this paper tries to put forward the key points of differential competition strategy suitable for XX Clinical Nutrition Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. It includes brand differentiation, product differentiation, price differentiation, channel differentiation, promotion differentiation, and discusses the principles, approaches and methods of implementing differentiation competition strategy of XX Clinical Nutrition Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide reference for XX Clinical Nutrition Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd to obtain effective competitive advantage and long-term stable development.
