【摘要】：正東北老工業(yè)基地振興戰(zhàn)略實施以來,東北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟連續(xù)十年快速增長,經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展取得了重要的階段性成果。但從2013年開始,在周期性因素和結(jié)構(gòu)性因素雙重影響下,東北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增速下滑明顯,一些深層次體制機制矛盾凸顯。黨中央、國務院抓住了東北地區(qū)當前發(fā)展困境的根本,出臺了新一輪振興東北戰(zhàn)略,政策不再是"給"
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, the economy of Northeast China has been growing rapidly for ten years, and the economic and social development has made important achievements. But since 2013, under the influence of cyclical factors and structural factors, the economic growth rate in Northeast China has declined obviously, and some deep-seated institutional contradictions have been highlighted. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have grasped the root of the current difficulties in the development of the Northeast region, and issued a new round of strategy for revitalizing the Northeast, and the policy is no longer "given."
