【摘要】：促進(jìn)國(guó)防工業(yè)軍民融合深度發(fā)展是軍民融合國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容。國(guó)防工業(yè)軍民融合深度發(fā)展是軍民兼容、要素對(duì)流、開(kāi)放共享和協(xié)調(diào)互動(dòng)的大系統(tǒng),包括國(guó)防工業(yè)裝備科研生產(chǎn)軍民融合深度發(fā)展、軍工企業(yè)與軍工產(chǎn)業(yè)軍民融合深度發(fā)展,以及國(guó)防工業(yè)與國(guó)家科技創(chuàng)新、國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)與和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)等軍民融合深度發(fā)展。構(gòu)建和完善國(guó)防工業(yè)多領(lǐng)域軍民融合深度發(fā)展系統(tǒng),大力推進(jìn)國(guó)防工業(yè)多領(lǐng)域軍民融合深度發(fā)展,有助于加快推進(jìn)中國(guó)特色軍民融合式發(fā)展,促進(jìn)國(guó)防和軍隊(duì)建設(shè)與國(guó)家科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)等建設(shè)協(xié)調(diào)互動(dòng)發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)"富國(guó)與強(qiáng)軍相統(tǒng)一"。
[Abstract]:It is an important content of the national strategy of military and civil integration to promote the deep development of military-civilian integration in national defense industry. The deep development of military-civilian integration in defense industry is a large system of military-civilian compatibility, element convection, open sharing and coordination, including the development of military-civilian integration of defense industrial equipment, scientific research and production, and the development of military-civilian integration between military enterprises and military industry. And national defense industry and national science and technology innovation, national economic construction and harmonious society construction military and civilian integration depth development.
