基于價值鏈的合誠工程檢測公司競爭戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:從上個世紀(jì)90年代,人們提出“要想富,先修路”的口號,到二十一世紀(jì)全國形成以高速公路為骨架的路網(wǎng)格局,公路建設(shè)為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。隨著國家交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)投資的增加,作為工程質(zhì)量管理重要手段的試驗檢測得到了迅速的發(fā)展,檢測行業(yè)既面臨著機(jī)遇與也面臨著挑戰(zhàn)。隨著國家進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮市場機(jī)制在經(jīng)濟(jì)資源配置中的作用,檢測市場進(jìn)一步放開,鼓勵社會第三方檢測機(jī)構(gòu)參與工程建設(shè)過程和工后運營階段的檢測,同時加大了行業(yè)監(jiān)管力度,檢測機(jī)構(gòu)無論從數(shù)量上還是規(guī)模上都得到了空前發(fā)展,作為第三方檢測機(jī)構(gòu)的民營企業(yè)面臨巨大的競爭壓力。合誠工程檢測公司是國內(nèi)一家第三方工程檢測機(jī)構(gòu),成立于2006年,經(jīng)過幾年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)初具規(guī)模。面對復(fù)雜多變的環(huán)境,檢測公司要在激烈的競爭環(huán)境中生存和發(fā)展,將品牌做大做強(qiáng),就非常有必要進(jìn)行競爭戰(zhàn)略研究,構(gòu)建自己的競爭優(yōu)勢。本文運用競爭戰(zhàn)略理論和價值鏈理論,對合誠工程檢測公司的戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究。首先從宏觀環(huán)境和行業(yè)競爭環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,識別出公司面臨著國家政策支持和行業(yè)快速發(fā)展等良好的成長機(jī)會,同時也面臨著行業(yè)監(jiān)管趨緊、競爭日益激烈等威脅。其次,從價值鏈角度對合誠工程檢測公司內(nèi)部價值活動和價值鏈系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析,識別企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢和劣勢。接著采用EFE矩陣和IFE矩陣對外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境的關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行歸納提煉,用SWOT矩陣工具對機(jī)會與威脅、優(yōu)勢和劣勢進(jìn)行匹配,同時采用QSPM矩陣對備選戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行選擇。最后,結(jié)合行業(yè)特點和企業(yè)自身實際情況,制定出合誠工程檢測公司的競爭戰(zhàn)略和戰(zhàn)略實施途徑。本文還提出了通過公司的業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化、市場業(yè)務(wù)拓展、檢測服務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新、質(zhì)量控制加強(qiáng)和信息化建設(shè)等一系列的措施促進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略的實施。本文期望通過對合誠工程檢測公司競爭戰(zhàn)略的研究,對合誠工程檢測公司的經(jīng)營以及給同類企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供參考思路。
[Abstract]:From the 1990s, people put forward the slogan of "want to be rich, build roads first", and form the highway network pattern with highway as the skeleton in the 21 century. Highway construction has made great contribution to the economic development. With the increase of national transportation infrastructure construction investment, the test and detection, as an important means of engineering quality management, has been developed rapidly. The testing industry is faced with both opportunities and challenges. As the state further exerts the role of the market mechanism in the allocation of economic resources, the testing market is further liberalized, and the third party inspection institutions of the society are encouraged to participate in the inspection of the construction process and the post-work operation phase of the project, and at the same time, the supervision of the industry has been strengthened. As a third party testing institution, private enterprises are facing great competition pressure, both in terms of quantity and scale. Hesheng Engineering testing Company is a third-party engineering testing organization in China, founded in 2006, after several years of development, has begun to take shape. In the face of complex and changeable environment, it is very necessary to study the competitive strategy and construct its own competitive advantage if the testing company wants to survive and develop in the fierce competition environment and make the brand bigger and stronger. In this paper, the competitive strategy theory and the value chain theory are used to study the strategy of Hesheng Engineering Inspection Company. Based on the analysis of macro environment and competition environment, it is recognized that the company is facing good growth opportunities such as the support of national policy and the rapid development of the industry. At the same time, it also faces the threat of tighter supervision and fiercer competition. Secondly, it analyzes the internal value activities and value chain system of Hecheng Engineering Inspection Company from the value chain point of view, and identifies the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises. Then EFE matrix and IFE matrix are used to summarize the key factors of external environment and internal environment, and SWOT matrix tools are used to match opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses, and QSPM matrix is used to select alternative strategies. Finally, according to the characteristics of the industry and the actual situation of the enterprise itself, the competitive strategy and the implementation way of the company are worked out. This paper also puts forward a series of measures to promote the implementation of the strategy, such as optimizing the business process, expanding the market business, innovating the testing service mode, strengthening the quality control and information construction, etc. This paper hopes that through the study of competitive strategy of Hecheng Engineering Inspection Company, the management of Hecheng Engineering Inspection Company and the development of similar enterprises will be provided with reference ideas.
