【摘要】：從內(nèi)蒙古查明有色金屬的主要特點和找礦潛力等諸多方面入手,分析了自治區(qū)有色金屬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢:1生產(chǎn)能力不斷擴大;2裝備水平不斷提高;3資源保障能力大幅提升;4核心企業(yè)迅速成長。同時也指出了有色金屬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的制約因素:1產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理;2環(huán)境承載力有限;3水資源貧乏。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了有色金屬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的4點政策建議:1優(yōu)化有色金屬產(chǎn)業(yè)布局;2合理配置資源,完善產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu);3創(chuàng)新制度,推動大型有色金屬礦業(yè)企業(yè)成長;4培養(yǎng)人才隊伍,推動科技創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Starting with the main characteristics and prospecting potential of non-ferrous metals in Inner Mongolia, This paper analyzes the superiority of the development of nonferrous metal industry in the autonomous region, namely, the continuous expansion of the production capacity of No.1, the continuous expansion of the equipment level and the continuous improvement of the resource support capability of the No.3 enterprise. At the same time, it is pointed out that the restricting factor in the development of nonferrous metal industry is that the industrial structure is unreasonable and the environmental carrying capacity is limited and the water resources are poor. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward four policy points for the development of nonferrous metal industry: 1. Optimize the distribution of nonferrous metals industry, optimize the distribution of nonferrous metals industry and rationally allocate resources, perfect the innovation system of product structure, and promote the growth of large nonferrous metal mining enterprises to train talents. Promoting scientific and technological innovation.
