N電力公司教育培訓(xùn)工作信息化管理創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:人力資源是第一資源。在信息技術(shù)快速發(fā)展背景下,加強(qiáng)電力公司教育培訓(xùn)工作信息化管理模式建設(shè)是非常必要和重要性的。隨著電力公司的改革和信息化建設(shè)的推進(jìn),我們要熟練掌握信息技術(shù),將其應(yīng)用于公司員工教育培訓(xùn)工作。本文首先采用文案法分析N電力公司教育培訓(xùn)工作現(xiàn)狀,然后基于教育培訓(xùn)信息化管理相關(guān)理論,采用理論分析法和系統(tǒng)分析法提出N電力公司教育培訓(xùn)體系的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì),建立N電力公司教育培訓(xùn)管理信息平臺(tái)。該教育培訓(xùn)管理信息平臺(tái)改變了傳統(tǒng)的教育培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)模式,創(chuàng)新了信息化教學(xué)與學(xué)習(xí)方式,促進(jìn)了優(yōu)質(zhì)資源共享與應(yīng)用,引導(dǎo)員工合理有效利用平臺(tái)自主學(xué)習(xí),有利于培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)技能人才和復(fù)合型人才,實(shí)現(xiàn)員工與企業(yè)共贏。最后,通過對(duì)比分析法,驗(yàn)證了N電力公司教育培訓(xùn)信息化實(shí)踐的成功,即教育培訓(xùn)工作信息化管理模式可以打破時(shí)空限制,緩解工學(xué)矛盾,有效提升員工教育培訓(xùn)工作成效,大幅度地提高電力系統(tǒng)工作人員的基本工作水平和綜合素質(zhì)。N電力公司教育培訓(xùn)工作信息化管理模式對(duì)于完善和提升我們電力系統(tǒng)員工教育培訓(xùn)工作提供了參考。在未來工作中,我們將結(jié)合實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況對(duì)N電力公司教育培訓(xùn)管理信息平臺(tái)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和完善,加強(qiáng)與其他信息系統(tǒng)集成,保證數(shù)據(jù)來源的權(quán)威性和準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Human resources are the first resource. Under the background of rapid development of information technology, it is very necessary and important to strengthen the construction of information management mode of education and training work in electric power companies. With the reform of electric power company and the promotion of information construction, we should master information technology skillfully and apply it to employee education and training. In this paper, the current situation of education and training in N Power Company is analyzed by the method of record, and then based on the theory of information management of education and training, the innovative design of education and training system of N power company is put forward by theoretical analysis and system analysis. Establish N power company education and training management information platform. The educational and training management information platform has changed the traditional education and training learning mode, innovated the information teaching and learning methods, promoted the sharing and application of high-quality resources, and guided the employees to use the platform to learn independently reasonably and effectively. It is beneficial to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel and compound talents, and to realize the win-win between employees and enterprises. Finally, by means of comparative analysis, the paper verifies the success of N Electric Power Company's educational and training informatization practice, that is, the information management mode of education and training work can break the limitation of time and space, alleviate the contradiction between work and learning, and effectively enhance the effectiveness of employee's education and training work. To improve the basic working level of power system staff and the comprehensive quality. N Electric Power Company education and training information management mode for improving and improving our power system staff education and training work to provide a reference. In the future, we will improve and perfect the education and training management information platform of N Power Company, strengthen the integration with other information systems, and ensure the authority and accuracy of the data source.
