【摘要】：改革開放以來,醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)的發(fā)展十分迅猛,醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)年均增長額高達(dá)近20%,被譽(yù)為永不衰落的朝陽行業(yè)。醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)是一個(gè)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè),對于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的要求較高,其產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新特點(diǎn)是高投入、高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、研發(fā)周期長等特點(diǎn),使得醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新難度相對也較大。近年來,我國醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)已經(jīng)在加大技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入力度,力爭能夠早日趕上美日等發(fā)達(dá)國家。云南省是我國擁有醫(yī)藥原材料十分豐厚的大省,其醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)擁有巨大的原材料資源,對云南地區(qū)的醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)來說是一個(gè)先天優(yōu)勢。但是,我們可以知道云南省的醫(yī)藥制藥業(yè)在我國制藥地區(qū)來說,其發(fā)展情況并沒有想象中的好,與發(fā)達(dá)省份之間都還有很大的差距。因此,對于云南省的醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和效率的評價(jià)具有一定的研究意義。并就實(shí)證研究結(jié)果分析云南省的醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)應(yīng)該如何改善以快速發(fā)展,力爭變成我國的醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)強(qiáng)省。本文主要分為七個(gè)章節(jié),其中第一章就論文的研究做出一個(gè)總體的概述;第二章節(jié)簡單對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力、效率等理論進(jìn)行了理論闡述;第三章對本文的研究對象醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)進(jìn)行了介紹,并就云南省的醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)發(fā)展情況和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新情況作了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析;第四章和第五章為論文的實(shí)證章節(jié),就云南省的醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和效率進(jìn)行了評價(jià)體系構(gòu)建,并分別運(yùn)用spass19.0軟件對云南省的醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行了評價(jià),deap2.1軟件對云南省醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率進(jìn)行了靜態(tài)評價(jià)和動態(tài)評價(jià)分析,對分析的結(jié)果和數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了解釋和分析;文章第六章節(jié)主要是對本文的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和效率的實(shí)證作出一個(gè)綜合評價(jià),并就實(shí)證研究的結(jié)果作出了解釋分析,通過橫向?qū)Ρ确▽υ颇鲜♂t(yī)藥制造業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力問題作出了分析,同時(shí)也針對如何提高云南省的醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力作出了相應(yīng)的建議;論文第七章是本文的全文總結(jié)和展望章節(jié),就論文的結(jié)論和不足之處進(jìn)行說明,并對今后需要進(jìn)一步研究作出展望�？偨Y(jié)全文,筆者認(rèn)為本文的創(chuàng)新之處有:對云南省醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率運(yùn)用計(jì)量方法作出了評價(jià);在對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和效率的評價(jià)上,筆者對近5年的數(shù)據(jù)做了動態(tài)評價(jià),對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的評價(jià)上,分別做了靜態(tài)評價(jià)和動態(tài)評價(jià)分析,力求評價(jià)的結(jié)果具有客觀性;在思路上,在對云南省醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力評價(jià)后,再進(jìn)一步對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率作出了評價(jià),以便能夠找出提升云南省醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平的方法。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is very rapid, the average annual growth of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is as high as nearly 20 percent, known as the sunrise industry that will never decline. Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is a high-tech industry with high requirements for technological innovation. Its characteristics of high investment, high risk and long research and development cycle make the technical innovation of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry relatively difficult. In recent years, China's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has increased investment in technological innovation, striving to catch up with developed countries such as the United States and Japan as soon as possible. Yunnan Province is a big province with abundant raw materials of medicine in China, and its pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has huge raw material resources, which is a congenital advantage for the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Yunnan. However, we can know that the pharmaceutical industry in Yunnan Province in China's pharmaceutical regions, its development is not as good as expected, and there is still a big gap between the developed provinces. Therefore, the evaluation of technological innovation ability and efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Yunnan Province has certain significance. Based on the results of empirical research, this paper analyzes how the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Yunnan Province should be improved and developed rapidly, and strive to become a strong province of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in China. This paper is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter makes a general overview of the research, the second chapter simply describes the theory of technology innovation, technological innovation ability, efficiency and so on. The third chapter introduces the research object of this paper, and makes a statistical analysis on the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and technological innovation in Yunnan Province, the fourth and fifth chapters are the empirical chapters of the paper. The evaluation system of technological innovation ability and efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Yunnan Province was constructed. The technical innovation ability of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Yunnan Province is evaluated by spass19.0 software. The static evaluation and dynamic evaluation of technological innovation efficiency of Yunnan pharmaceutical manufacturing industry are carried out. The results and data of the analysis are explained and analyzed. The sixth chapter is mainly to make a comprehensive evaluation of the technological innovation ability and efficiency of this paper, and to explain and analyze the results of the empirical research. This paper analyzes the technological innovation ability of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Yunnan Province by the method of horizontal comparison, and makes corresponding suggestions on how to improve the technological innovation ability of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Yunnan Province. The seventh chapter is the summary and outlook chapter of this paper, the conclusions and shortcomings of the paper are explained, and the need for further research in the future is prospected. Summing up the full text, the author thinks that the innovations of this paper are: the evaluation of the technological innovation ability and the efficiency of technological innovation in Yunnan Province, the evaluation of the ability and efficiency of technological innovation in Yunnan Province, The author makes a dynamic evaluation of the data in the past five years, and makes a static evaluation and a dynamic evaluation analysis on the efficiency of technological innovation, aiming at the objectivity of the results of the evaluation. After evaluating the technological innovation ability of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Yunnan Province, this paper further evaluates the technological innovation efficiency in order to find out the method to improve the technological innovation level of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Yunnan Province.
