【摘要】：因海勢東遷,明清兩淮鹽場不斷有"移亭就鹵",成為淮鹽發(fā)展變遷的重要內(nèi)容,也是區(qū)別于其他海鹽產(chǎn)區(qū)的典型特征。表面上看,海岸東遷不利于淮鹽生產(chǎn),但淮鹽正是通過"移亭就鹵"的方式很好地適應(yīng)了蘇北海岸帶環(huán)境變化,迎來長期繁盛發(fā)展。這種獨特的鹽作生態(tài),存在了數(shù)百年。海涂淤進(jìn),草鹵分離,煎鹽生產(chǎn)要素空間分布的特點決定了筅置亭場的方式與過程。"移亭就鹵"是鹽作生產(chǎn)對蕩草、土鹵、咸潮以及勞動力等生產(chǎn)要素的集約利用,一方面是對自然環(huán)境條件的適應(yīng),另一方面又受制于社會經(jīng)濟狀況。清末社會經(jīng)濟狀況惡化,很大程度上妨礙了"移亭就鹵"的積極性,亭場移筅為難,以至走向衰亡,淮南鹽業(yè)遂衰。
[Abstract]:Due to the eastward migration of the sea potential, the salt farms in the Ming and Qing dynasties had "brine on the pavilions", which became an important content of the development and vicissitude of the Huai salt, and was also a typical characteristic different from other sea salt producing areas. On the surface, the eastward migration of the coast is not conducive to the production of Huai salt, but the Huai salt is well adapted to the environmental changes in the coastal zone of northern Jiangsu Province by the way of "brine on the pavilion", and has been flourishing for a long time. This unique salt ecology has existed for hundreds of years. "the characteristics of coastal siltation, the separation of brine and the spatial distribution of the production elements of fried salt determine the way and process of setting up a pavilion." On the other hand, it is the adaptation of natural environment and the restriction of social and economic conditions to the production of brine, soil brine, salt tide, labor force and so on. In the late Qing Dynasty, the social and economic situation deteriorated, to a great extent, hindered the enthusiasm of "moving pavilions to brine".
