【摘要】：世界經(jīng)濟復(fù)蘇緩慢,產(chǎn)能過剩、需求不足等因素全球普遍。企業(yè)經(jīng)營和財務(wù)風(fēng)險不斷加大。國際嘉能可、國內(nèi)泛亞事件均顯示財務(wù)風(fēng)險防控對公司持續(xù)經(jīng)營的重要意義。在分析H公司面對的資金管理風(fēng)險、庫存風(fēng)險、自營貿(mào)易風(fēng)險、票據(jù)風(fēng)險、信用管理風(fēng)險、道德風(fēng)險基礎(chǔ)上,研究有效防控財務(wù)風(fēng)險措施。通過建立資金預(yù)算和經(jīng)營聯(lián)動機制、完善庫存商品在線管理制度、加強自營貿(mào)易事前審批、"兩頭雙控"轉(zhuǎn)嫁和降低票據(jù)風(fēng)險、加強信用管理提高抵押品質(zhì)量等方式防控。提出財務(wù)風(fēng)險防控應(yīng)借助企業(yè)信息化系統(tǒng),實時監(jiān)控、強化分析、風(fēng)險預(yù)警,以及展望互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)時代財務(wù)風(fēng)險防控管理前景。
[Abstract]:The world economy recovers slowly, overcapacity, demand and so on factor is universal. Business operations and financial risks continue to increase. International Glencore, domestic pan-Asian events show that financial risk prevention and control of the company's continuing business significance. On the basis of analyzing the risk of capital management, inventory risk, self-trade risk, bill risk, credit management risk and moral hazard faced by H Company, the effective measures of preventing and controlling financial risk are studied. Through establishing the mechanism of fund budget and management linkage, perfecting the online management system of inventory goods, strengthening the prior examination and approval of self-trade, transferring "double control between two ends" and reducing the risk of bill, strengthening credit management, improving the quality of collateral, etc. It is pointed out that the prevention and control of financial risk should be based on enterprise information system, real-time monitoring, strengthening analysis, risk early warning, and the prospect of financial risk prevention and control management in the era of big data.
