【摘要】：正我們有必要樹(shù)立一種觀念:設(shè)備在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中進(jìn)行體檢(點(diǎn)檢)才會(huì)產(chǎn)生價(jià)值,而不是故障停機(jī)后去分析原因,盡管這是必要的。為什么不同企業(yè)之間設(shè)備運(yùn)行管理水平相差會(huì)如此巨大:一些公司可以一年甚至連續(xù)多年做到零故障運(yùn)行;而另一些公司卻幾乎月月故障停機(jī),甚至一月多次。這背后的邏輯是什么呢?
[Abstract]:It is necessary to establish the idea that physical examination (point check) of the equipment during operation will produce value, rather than analyzing the cause after failure, although this is necessary. Why is the level of equipment operation and management so different between different enterprises: some companies can run at zero failure for one year or even years, while others have almost monthly failures, or even more than one month. What's the logic behind this?
