【摘要】：隨著汽車技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,為了適應(yīng)日趨激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),汽車廠商推出新產(chǎn)品的速度不斷加快,要求也不斷升級(jí),產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代節(jié)奏越來(lái)越快。對(duì)汽車零部件供應(yīng)商的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)水平及速度提出了更高的要求。傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)型產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程由于其周期長(zhǎng)、成本高的缺點(diǎn)已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足客戶的進(jìn)度要求。在這樣的形勢(shì)下,項(xiàng)目管理作為一種先進(jìn)的管理方式在汽車及零部件行業(yè)被廣泛應(yīng)用�；陧�(xiàng)目管理平臺(tái)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)使不同組織間的合作更加順暢,溝通更加快捷。項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理由于直接關(guān)系企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力及快速反應(yīng)能力成為了項(xiàng)目管理活動(dòng)中的重點(diǎn)。本文以X公司某款新型座椅的開發(fā)項(xiàng)目為背景,結(jié)合我國(guó)汽車零部件企業(yè)的特點(diǎn),以現(xiàn)有的項(xiàng)目管理及進(jìn)度管理理論為指導(dǎo),采用理論研究和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,應(yīng)用進(jìn)度管理的基本原理,對(duì)X公司新型座椅開發(fā)的進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行研究。本文對(duì)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究的選題背景進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明,充分論述了本文研究的實(shí)際意義,并且對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行解析,提出了本論文的研究方法及路徑。闡述了項(xiàng)目管理及進(jìn)度管理理論的基本知識(shí)及相關(guān)理論如進(jìn)度管理的系統(tǒng)理論、優(yōu)化理論等,為后面的案例研究打下理論基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)合X公司的項(xiàng)目管理體系及NTS產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目案例,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)原理和方法對(duì)項(xiàng)目從活動(dòng)定義及排序、工期估算、進(jìn)度安排、進(jìn)度控制等四個(gè)主要問題點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析研究,科學(xué)分析項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃,優(yōu)化進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,制定出更為科學(xué)的進(jìn)度管理方案。對(duì)NTS項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),總結(jié)了X公司在NTS項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及不足,進(jìn)而提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)建議。在X公司項(xiàng)目管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,指出企業(yè)管理方面的提升空間。為汽車零部件行業(yè)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理作出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of automobile technology, in order to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition, the speed of automobile manufacturers to introduce new products continues to accelerate, the requirements are constantly upgraded, the pace of product replacement is becoming faster and faster. The product development level and speed of auto parts suppliers are put forward higher requirements. Because of its long period and high cost, the traditional experiential product development process can not meet the requirements of customer schedule. In this situation, project management as an advanced management method is widely used in automobile and parts industry. Product development based on project management platform makes cooperation between different organizations more smooth and communication faster. Project schedule management has become the focus of project management because of its direct influence on the market competitiveness and rapid response ability of enterprises. Based on the development project of a new type of seat in X Company, combined with the characteristics of automobile parts enterprises in China, and guided by the existing theories of project management and schedule management, this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research with empirical research. Based on the basic principle of schedule management, this paper studies the schedule management of X Company's new seat development. In this paper, the background of the research on product development project schedule management is explained in detail, the practical significance of this study is fully discussed, and the research status at home and abroad is analyzed, and the research method and path of this paper are put forward. The basic knowledge of project management and schedule management theory and related theories such as the system theory of schedule management and the theory of optimization are expounded in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the case study in the future. Combining X Company's project management system and NTS product development project case, using the relevant principles and methods of project schedule management to define and sort the project activities, estimate the duration of the project, schedule arrangement, Four main problems, such as schedule control, are analyzed and studied, the project plan is analyzed scientifically, the schedule plan is optimized, and a more scientific schedule management scheme is worked out. This paper evaluates the progress management effect of NTS projects, summarizes the experiences and shortcomings of X Company in NTS project schedule management, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement. On the basis of X Company's project management, the paper points out the improvement space of enterprise management. Contribute to product development project schedule management in auto parts industry.
