【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展在給企業(yè)各項(xiàng)工作帶來巨大便利的同時(shí),也給我們的商業(yè)秘密保護(hù)帶來了巨大挑戰(zhàn)。在通過計(jì)算機(jī)、存儲(chǔ)介質(zhì)、郵件、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等載體傳輸數(shù)據(jù)的過程中,涉及企業(yè)秘密的信息數(shù)據(jù)、電子技術(shù)資料存在著流失、泄密的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。而由于企業(yè)員工的無知、無畏、無意識(shí)造成泄密,最后給企業(yè)帶來巨大損失的案例屢見不鮮。在信息化大發(fā)展的大背景下,企業(yè)商業(yè)技術(shù)秘密無論是從載體或傳播方式都發(fā)生了重大變化,傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)秘密保護(hù)措施已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)信息化環(huán)境下的保密要求。在保證企業(yè)穩(wěn)健發(fā)展的大環(huán)境下,如何有效地控制關(guān)乎企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的商業(yè)技術(shù)秘密儼然已成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)需要面對(duì)的新課題和挑戰(zhàn),這也是本文對(duì)東汽商業(yè)技術(shù)秘密保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀及問題進(jìn)行分析,并提出數(shù)據(jù)加密對(duì)策并實(shí)施的重要意義所在。本文從項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的角度,結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息快速發(fā)展在給企業(yè)商業(yè)秘密保護(hù)帶來巨大沖擊的時(shí)代背景,分析了東汽商業(yè)技術(shù)秘密保護(hù)的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題,提出了具有針對(duì)性的數(shù)據(jù)加密解決方案；研究并通過定制的方式,在東汽實(shí)施了數(shù)據(jù)加密系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目,并提出了涉密數(shù)據(jù)加密控制及其內(nèi)部交互、對(duì)外交互的基本策略,以及加密系統(tǒng)與目前東汽PLM等系統(tǒng)的集成策略；結(jié)合商業(yè)秘密技防措施項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的具體情況,分析了數(shù)據(jù)加密系統(tǒng)的主要工作原理和實(shí)際應(yīng)用等相關(guān)問題；通過項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施過程跟蹤,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)加密系統(tǒng)如何防止企業(yè)商業(yè)技術(shù)秘密數(shù)據(jù)信息流失的實(shí)際效果進(jìn)行了深入評(píng)價(jià)和總結(jié)。東汽數(shù)據(jù)防擴(kuò)散加密系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目在全廠范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行了涉密控制部署,在內(nèi)部已基本形成了一道行之有效的涉密數(shù)據(jù)安全屏障。在企業(yè)內(nèi)部應(yīng)用實(shí)施數(shù)據(jù)加密系統(tǒng)后,企業(yè)的電子圖紙資料的安全性有了可靠的保障,現(xiàn)有的和實(shí)時(shí)產(chǎn)生的技術(shù)資料數(shù)據(jù)信息都能得到有效可靠的保護(hù),大大降低了企業(yè)技術(shù)秘密流失的安全隱患。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of network information technology not only brings great convenience to enterprises, but also brings great challenges to our business secret protection. In the process of transmitting data through computer, storage medium, mail, network and so on, the information data involving enterprise secret, electronic technical data exist the risk of loss and leakage. Because of the ignorance, fearlessness and unconsciousness of the employees, the case of huge losses to the enterprise is common. Under the background of the great development of information technology secrets of enterprises have undergone great changes whether from the carrier or the mode of transmission. The traditional measures of protection of trade secrets can no longer meet the requirements of confidentiality under the information environment. Under the environment of ensuring the steady development of enterprises, how to effectively control the commercial technological secrets related to the survival and development of enterprises has become a new subject and challenge that modern enterprises have to face. This is also the significance of this paper to analyze the current situation and problems of the protection of the commercial technical secrets of Dongqi, and put forward the data encryption countermeasures and implement the important significance. From the point of view of project implementation, combined with the background of the rapid development of network information in the era of great impact on the protection of business secrets of enterprises, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the protection of commercial secrets of Dongqi. This paper puts forward a targeted data encryption solution, studies and implements the project of data encryption system in Dongqi through the way of customization, and puts forward the basic strategy of data encryption control, its internal interaction and external interaction. The integration strategy between the encryption system and the current East Auto PLM system, the main working principle and practical application of the data encryption system are analyzed in the light of the concrete situation of the implementation of the technical and preventive measures for trade secrets, as well as the integration strategy between the encryption system and the current system such as Dongqi PLM, etc. By tracking the implementation process of the project, this paper makes a deep evaluation and summary on the actual effect of how to prevent the loss of business technology secret data information in the data encryption system. The project of Dongqi data non-proliferation encryption system has been deployed in the whole plant, and an effective security barrier has been formed internally. After the application of the data encryption system within the enterprise, the security of the electronic drawing data of the enterprise has been guaranteed reliably, and the existing and real-time technical data and information can be effectively and reliably protected. Greatly reduces the enterprise technology secret to lose the safety hidden danger.
