汽車零部件研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理精益改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:增強(qiáng)國(guó)內(nèi)汽車零部件企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,必須以新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)為載體,也必須采用切合實(shí)際的項(xiàng)目管理方法,汽車零部件研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理精益改進(jìn)是解決上述問(wèn)題的有效方法。國(guó)內(nèi)汽車零部件研發(fā)企業(yè)迫切需要引入科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目管理方案來(lái)達(dá)成管理的成熟化和高效化。不過(guò),當(dāng)下實(shí)行的項(xiàng)目管理方法、工具和技術(shù)多源于國(guó)外,未能充分考慮我國(guó)汽車零部件研發(fā)現(xiàn)狀,所以并不完全適用于我國(guó)汽車零部件研發(fā)項(xiàng)目。因此,十分有必要針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)的汽車零部件研發(fā)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理改進(jìn)的研究。本論文闡述現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理先進(jìn)觀點(diǎn)和方案理論,深層的、系統(tǒng)化的剖析了國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)聯(lián)領(lǐng)域中的探究實(shí)況,結(jié)合目前國(guó)內(nèi)汽車行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,著重分析現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理方法在國(guó)內(nèi)汽車零部件產(chǎn)品自主研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理應(yīng)用時(shí)存在的問(wèn)題,并在精益理念的指導(dǎo)下,有針對(duì)性地提出持續(xù)改進(jìn)方案。并以H公司為例,結(jié)合H公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn),實(shí)施持續(xù)改進(jìn)方案,研究改進(jìn)效果。通過(guò)建立系統(tǒng)而有效的改進(jìn)方案,充實(shí)國(guó)內(nèi)項(xiàng)目管理理論系統(tǒng)內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:To strengthen the core competitiveness of domestic auto parts enterprises, we must take the new product development as the carrier and adopt the practical project management method. The lean improvement of the automobile parts R & D project management is an effective method to solve the above problems. Domestic auto parts R & D enterprises urgently need to introduce scientific project management scheme to achieve the maturity and efficiency of management. However, the current project management methods, tools and technologies are mostly from abroad, and they do not fully consider the present situation of automobile parts research and development in China, so they are not fully applicable to the research and development projects of automobile parts in China. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the project management according to the actual situation of domestic automobile parts R & D project. This paper expounds the advanced viewpoint and scheme theory of modern project management, deeply and systematically analyzes the domestic related field of inquiry, combined with the current situation of domestic automobile industry, This paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of modern project management method in domestic auto parts independent R & D project management, and under the guidance of lean idea, puts forward the plan of continuous improvement. Taking H Company as an example, combined with the organization structure and product characteristics of H Company, the continuous improvement scheme is implemented and the improvement effect is studied. Through the establishment of systematic and effective improvement program, enrich the content of domestic project management theory system.
