自動(dòng)導(dǎo)引運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)在A公司某裝配車間的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著精益生產(chǎn)方式的推進(jìn)和信息化、集成化的發(fā)展,自動(dòng)導(dǎo)引運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)(Automated Guided Vehicle System, AGVS)被廣泛的應(yīng)用到制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程當(dāng)中。由于自動(dòng)導(dǎo)引車輛(Automated Guided Vehicle, AGV)采用清潔的電能作為動(dòng)力并且無(wú)需人駕駛,被認(rèn)為是一種節(jié)能、無(wú)污染、高效率、低成本的運(yùn)輸方式。本文以A公司自主研發(fā)的自動(dòng)導(dǎo)引車輛以及自動(dòng)導(dǎo)引運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合所在企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,以某裝配車間為應(yīng)用對(duì)象,對(duì)單臺(tái)AGV以及AGVS系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用研究。本文首先介紹了公司自主研發(fā)的AGV結(jié)構(gòu)和性能參數(shù),對(duì)單臺(tái)AGV在某裝配車間進(jìn)行了初步應(yīng)用研究。針對(duì)單臺(tái)AGV初步應(yīng)用所暴露出的問題,分別從AGV導(dǎo)引路徑、行進(jìn)速度、單臺(tái)利用率方面進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)優(yōu)化結(jié)果進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,由多臺(tái)AGV組建了自動(dòng)導(dǎo)引運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng),對(duì)自動(dòng)導(dǎo)引運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)在某裝配車間進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用研究,并對(duì)離線任務(wù)調(diào)度和在線任務(wù)調(diào)度進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的研究。此外,在本文中建立了某裝配車間的物料輸送模型,對(duì)AGV配送作業(yè)和相應(yīng)的工位器具進(jìn)行了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。為了增加AGVS自動(dòng)物流運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)對(duì)車輛的容量和配送效率,對(duì)該系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,將導(dǎo)引路徑由雙向單路徑優(yōu)化為單向多路徑。對(duì)于任務(wù)調(diào)度采用了離線任務(wù)調(diào)度和在線任務(wù)調(diào)度相結(jié)合的方式。應(yīng)用研究結(jié)果表明,AGVS自動(dòng)物流運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)能夠安全、高效的完成部分物流運(yùn)輸任務(wù),可以很大程度上降低車間物流運(yùn)輸成本。
[Abstract]:With the development of lean production and information integration, automated guided vehicle system (AGVS) is widely used in manufacturing process. Since Automated guided vehicle (AGV) uses clean electric energy as power and does not need to drive, it is considered to be an energy-saving, pollution-free, efficient and low-cost mode of transportation. Based on the automatic guidance vehicle and the automatic guidance transportation system developed by company A, this paper studies the application of single AGV and AGVS system based on the actual situation of the enterprise and the application object of an assembly workshop. In this paper, the structure and performance parameters of AGV developed by our company are introduced, and the application of single AGV in an assembly workshop is studied. In view of the problems exposed in the initial application of single AGV, the optimization design of AGV guidance path, travel speed and single station utilization ratio is carried out, and the optimization results are analyzed empirically. On this basis, the automatic guidance transportation system is constructed by several AGVs. The application of the automatic guidance transportation system in an assembly shop is studied, and the off-line task scheduling and on-line task scheduling are also studied. In addition, a material transport model of an assembly shop is established in this paper, and the AGV distribution operation and the corresponding workstation instruments are standardized. In order to increase the capacity and delivery efficiency of AGVS automatic logistics transportation system, the application of this system is optimized, and the guidance path is optimized from bidirectional single path to one-way multi-path. For task scheduling, the combination of offline task scheduling and online task scheduling is adopted. The application results show that AGVS automatic logistics transportation system can safely and efficiently complete part of logistics transportation tasks, and can greatly reduce the cost of workshop logistics transportation.
