【摘要】：隨著社會發(fā)展的迅速化,社會經(jīng)濟越來越趨向于專業(yè)化細(xì)化分工,在企業(yè)內(nèi)部,供應(yīng)鏈流程優(yōu)化在企業(yè)管理中越發(fā)顯示其重要性。企業(yè)與供應(yīng)鏈上的利益合作方共同完成企業(yè)經(jīng)營運作的各個環(huán)節(jié),從新產(chǎn)品及先行技術(shù)的設(shè)計與研究開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)制造、運輸配送,到產(chǎn)成品的各級分銷與售后服務(wù)等,企業(yè)借助整個供應(yīng)價值鏈上的共同協(xié)作來完成和實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)并保證企業(yè)的競爭力。企業(yè)如何對基于現(xiàn)階段供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的各環(huán)節(jié)進行有效的管理與監(jiān)控是企業(yè)實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)經(jīng)營與發(fā)展的必由之路。企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營中,供應(yīng)鏈績效是確保產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)和企業(yè)競爭力不可或缺的一重要環(huán)節(jié)。企業(yè)在對供應(yīng)鏈管理的工作中,需要不斷對原有流程和規(guī)則進行優(yōu)化,以滿足企業(yè)不斷變化的發(fā)展需求。唯有這樣,企業(yè)才可能打造出品質(zhì)過關(guān)的產(chǎn)品,贏得用戶和市場份額。本文選取關(guān)于MD集團供應(yīng)鏈作為一個案例就是通過對MD集團在供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)節(jié)中存在的問題進行分析,進而提供針對性的建議與措施,以提升MD集團供應(yīng)鏈的效率,以及MD集團的整體競爭力。本論文主要做了下面幾個方面的研究:梳理了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于供應(yīng)鏈研究的背景、目的和意義以及國內(nèi)外研究之現(xiàn)狀,并對供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)進行了歸納和總結(jié);本文結(jié)合理論對MD集團的現(xiàn)狀進行分析,從供應(yīng)鏈流程、倉儲環(huán)節(jié)、配送環(huán)節(jié)和信息化等方面對MD集團供應(yīng)鏈現(xiàn)狀與問題進行了分析;本文從供應(yīng)鏈端到端流程優(yōu)化、庫存ABC分類提升管理、運輸與配送提升管理、供應(yīng)鏈IT信息系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計等方面提出MD集團供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化方案設(shè)計;最后,本文從優(yōu)化方案的流程、保障措施、預(yù)期效果評價與反饋闡述了MD集團供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化方案的實施。本論文關(guān)于供應(yīng)鏈流程優(yōu)化的研究對相似企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈管理會有一定借鑒和參考作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the society, the social economy tends to be more and more specialized and refined. Within the enterprise, the supply chain process optimization is more and more important in the enterprise management. The enterprises and the benefit partners in the supply chain jointly complete all aspects of the enterprise's operation, ranging from the design and research and development of new products and advanced technologies, production and manufacture, transportation and distribution, to the distribution and after-sales service of finished products at all levels, Enterprises use the cooperation of the whole supply value chain to complete and realize the production of products and ensure the competitiveness of enterprises. How to manage and monitor each link effectively based on the current supply chain environment is the only way for enterprises to realize sustainable management and development. In production and management, supply chain performance is an indispensable link to ensure product quality and enterprise competitiveness. In the work of supply chain management, enterprises need to optimize the original process and rules to meet the changing development needs of enterprises. Only in this way, enterprises can build quality products, win users and market share. This article selects the MD Group supply chain as a case to analyze the existing problems of MD Group in the supply chain, and then provides targeted suggestions and measures to improve the efficiency of MD Group supply chain. And MD Group's overall competitiveness. This paper mainly does the following research: combing the background, purpose and significance of supply chain research at home and abroad, as well as the current situation of domestic and foreign research, and summarizes the theoretical basis of supply chain and supply chain; This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of MD Group from the following aspects: supply chain flow, warehousing, distribution and information, etc. Inventory ABC classification promotion management, transportation and distribution promotion management, supply chain IT information system optimization design and other aspects of MD Group supply chain optimization scheme design; finally, this paper from the optimization of the program flow, security measures, The expected effect evaluation and feedback expatiate on the implementation of the supply chain optimization scheme of MD Group. The research on supply chain process optimization in this paper will be useful for similar enterprises in supply chain management.
