【摘要】：信息時代的來臨使得智能手機產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)受到廣泛關(guān)注,手機產(chǎn)業(yè)的研發(fā)質(zhì)量管理更成為業(yè)界關(guān)注的焦點,研發(fā)質(zhì)量的好壞對于手機的銷售、企業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要作用,決定著整個企業(yè)的興衰成敗。近幾年來,手機更新速度不斷加快,在加快產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)周期的同時如何保證質(zhì)量就成為了需要重點關(guān)注的話題。本文采用理論聯(lián)系實際的方式,通過對TCL手機項目研發(fā)質(zhì)量管理問題進行分析,將國內(nèi)外的研究經(jīng)驗作為理論基礎(chǔ),并依據(jù)手機研發(fā)流程及TL9000質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對手機研發(fā)的11個流程以及TL9000質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的結(jié)構(gòu)、適用范圍、指標(biāo)以及認(rèn)證方式進行全面的剖析,在介紹手機研發(fā)質(zhì)量管理特點的基礎(chǔ)上,對手機研發(fā)質(zhì)量管理存在的問題進行總結(jié)；最終根據(jù)TL9000質(zhì)量管理體系與研發(fā)質(zhì)量計劃、研發(fā)質(zhì)量保證、研發(fā)質(zhì)量控制的結(jié)合對TCL公司手機研發(fā)問題進行分析,并闡明TL9000質(zhì)量管理體系對手機研發(fā)過程控制的效果。本文提出的是對TL9000質(zhì)量管理體系進行手機研發(fā)過程的控制,通過對TCL公司質(zhì)量管理進行改善,以此更好的完成質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的要求,確保手機研發(fā)結(jié)構(gòu)和功能、手機研發(fā)目標(biāo)、手機研發(fā)質(zhì)量管理流程、手機耐用性、安全性和可靠性、手機研發(fā)成本方面得到更好的控制,提高TCL公司手機研發(fā)綜合實力,為手機研發(fā)項目的質(zhì)量管理提供一些借鑒基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the information age, the smartphone industry has received extensive attention, and the R & D quality management of the mobile phone industry has become the focus of the industry. The quality of R & D plays an important role in the sales of mobile phones and the development of enterprises. Determine the success or failure of the whole enterprise. In recent years, the speed of mobile phone renewal has been quickened. How to ensure the quality while speeding up the production cycle has become the focus of attention. In this paper, through the analysis of the research and development quality management of TCL mobile phone project, the research experience at home and abroad is taken as the theoretical basis, and according to the mobile phone R & D process and TL9000 quality standard, this paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice. On the basis of introducing the characteristics of mobile phone R & D quality management, 11 processes of mobile phone research and development and the structure, application scope, index and authentication method of TL9000 quality standard are analyzed. Finally, according to the combination of TL9000 quality management system and R & D quality plan, R & D quality assurance, R & D quality control, the problems of mobile phone R & D in TCL Company are analyzed. The effect of TL9000 quality management system on mobile phone R & D process control is expounded. This paper proposes to control the mobile phone R & D process of TL9000 quality management system, through improving the quality management of TCL company, to better fulfill the requirements of quality objectives, to ensure the mobile phone R & D structure and function, mobile R & D objectives. Mobile phone R & D quality management process, mobile phone durability, security and reliability, mobile phone R & D costs to get better control, improve the overall strength of mobile phone R & D TCL company, for mobile phone R & D project quality management to provide some reference basis.
