【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)畜牧業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,養(yǎng)殖方式正向規(guī);s化方式轉(zhuǎn)變。動(dòng)物疫病的爆發(fā)和流行也與畜牧業(yè)的快速發(fā)展并生共存。動(dòng)物保健品對(duì)保證畜牧業(yè)快速健康發(fā)展,防治動(dòng)物疫病,提高食品安全和動(dòng)物福利具有重要意義。中國(guó)動(dòng)物保健品行業(yè)也隨之快速發(fā)展。國(guó)家制定了動(dòng)物疫病防治中長(zhǎng)期規(guī)劃,為中國(guó)保健品行業(yè)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展打開(kāi)了大門(mén)。同時(shí),中國(guó)動(dòng)物保健品企業(yè)數(shù)量眾多,但水平參次不齊,行業(yè)集中度低。國(guó)內(nèi)動(dòng)保行業(yè)正處在資源整合、優(yōu)勝劣汰過(guò)程中。領(lǐng)先的國(guó)內(nèi)動(dòng)保企業(yè)將會(huì)贏得更加廣闊的發(fā)展前景。國(guó)際動(dòng)保企業(yè)進(jìn)入中國(guó)以來(lái),憑借自身高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),不斷推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)動(dòng)保行業(yè)向前發(fā)展,有效提升行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)水平。同時(shí),國(guó)際動(dòng)保企業(yè)也面臨如何進(jìn)一步開(kāi)拓中國(guó)動(dòng)保市場(chǎng),伴隨中國(guó)動(dòng)保行業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的問(wèn)題。本文以動(dòng)物疫苗行業(yè)跨國(guó)合作實(shí)踐為研究主題,以中國(guó)動(dòng)物疫苗市場(chǎng)為切入點(diǎn),采用歷史現(xiàn)狀描述、數(shù)據(jù)分析和總結(jié)論點(diǎn)、提出建議的研究方法,理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合。從動(dòng)物保健品和動(dòng)物疫苗基本概念介紹,簡(jiǎn)述美國(guó)和中國(guó)動(dòng)物疫苗行業(yè)發(fā)展歷程;然后具體分析全球和中國(guó)動(dòng)物疫苗市場(chǎng)概況,側(cè)重于中國(guó)市場(chǎng);進(jìn)一步分析國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際獸用生物制品企業(yè)在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的基本情況;最后結(jié)合國(guó)際企業(yè)進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的理論分析和實(shí)踐案例,分析中國(guó)獸用生物制品企業(yè)更好開(kāi)展國(guó)際合作所需的總體戰(zhàn)略和可行模式,并提出建議。在分析大量數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合多年的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),認(rèn)為中國(guó)領(lǐng)先的獸用生物制品企業(yè)應(yīng)在國(guó)家宏觀產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策引導(dǎo)下,以互利共贏、開(kāi)放包容為原則,與國(guó)際優(yōu)秀動(dòng)保企業(yè)強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)合、優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),共同開(kāi)拓國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際兩個(gè)市場(chǎng),實(shí)施"引進(jìn)來(lái),走出去"戰(zhàn)略。依照企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟概念,在動(dòng)物疫苗產(chǎn)業(yè)全價(jià)值鏈的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)實(shí)行靈活多樣的合作模式,包括供求聯(lián)盟、合作研發(fā)、建立合資企業(yè)、共同開(kāi)發(fā)市場(chǎng)等。以求促進(jìn)中國(guó)畜牧業(yè)健康持續(xù)發(fā)展,不斷滿(mǎn)足人們對(duì)食品安全、動(dòng)物福利諸方面的訴求。
[Abstract]:With the development of animal husbandry in our country, the way of breeding is changing to intensive mode of scale. The outbreak and prevalence of animal disease also coexist with the rapid development of animal husbandry. Animal health products play an important role in ensuring the rapid and healthy development of animal husbandry, preventing animal disease, improving food safety and animal welfare. Chinese animal health products industry has also developed rapidly. The state has formulated a long-term plan for the prevention and treatment of animal epidemics, opening the door for the further development of China's health products industry. At the same time, the number of animal health products in China is numerous, but the level of reference is not uniform, the industry concentration is low. Domestic mobile insurance industry is in the process of resource integration, survival of the fittest. Leading domestic mobile insurance enterprises will win a broader development prospects. Since entering China, the international mobile insurance enterprises have continuously promoted the development of domestic mobile insurance industry by virtue of their high quality products and services, and effectively promoted the level of competition in the industry. At the same time, the international mobile insurance enterprises also face the problem of how to further develop the Chinese mobile insurance market, accompanied by the growth of the Chinese mobile insurance industry. This paper focuses on the transnational cooperative practice of the animal vaccine industry, taking the Chinese animal vaccine market as the starting point, describes the historical situation, analyzes and summarizes the points of view of the historical situation, and puts forward the suggested research methods, combining theory with practice. This paper introduces the basic concepts of animal health products and animal vaccines, briefly describes the development of the animal vaccine industry in the United States and China, and then analyzes the global and Chinese animal vaccine markets, focusing on the Chinese market. Further analyzing the basic situation of domestic and international veterinary biological products enterprises in the Chinese market; finally, combining with the theoretical analysis and practical cases of international enterprises entering the Chinese market, This paper analyzes the overall strategy and feasible mode for Chinese veterinary biological products enterprises to better carry out international cooperation, and puts forward some suggestions. On the basis of analyzing a large amount of data and combining with many years of practical experience, it is believed that China's leading veterinary biological products enterprises should take the principle of mutual benefit, win-win and openness and inclusiveness as the guiding principle of the national macro-industrial development policy. Combine with international excellent enterprises, complement each other, open up two domestic and international markets and carry out the strategy of "bringing in and going out". According to the concept of enterprise strategic alliance, flexible and diverse cooperation modes are implemented in all aspects of the whole value chain of animal vaccine industry, including supply and demand alliance, cooperative research and development, establishment of joint venture, joint development of market, etc. In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of animal husbandry in China and satisfy people's demands for food safety and animal welfare.
