【摘要】：我國的經濟發(fā)展促進了制造業(yè)的快速增長,我國的制造業(yè)已經成為我國經濟的重要支柱。隨著產業(yè)經濟的發(fā)展一些小型企業(yè)隨之發(fā)展成為中型、大型企業(yè),規(guī)模的發(fā)展并沒有帶動其現(xiàn)場管理水平的升級,一些企業(yè)的現(xiàn)場管理存在很多問題,在原有廠區(qū)設計以及管理模式下,企業(yè)的生產效率和產品質量都受到了影響,從而直接影響了企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展與市場競爭力的提升[1]。應當注意的是企業(yè)現(xiàn)場管理是生產一線也是企業(yè)生存的關鍵,各種生產要素集中在這個環(huán)節(jié)中,現(xiàn)場管理出現(xiàn)的問題直接影響了企業(yè)的發(fā)展,如何運用先進的管理措施和方法來改善企業(yè)的現(xiàn)場管理就成為了進行我國制造業(yè)必須面臨的問題。本文以X公司為例對其現(xiàn)場管理中存在的問題進行了分析,總結企業(yè)必須運用現(xiàn)場管理的手法對人員、設備、材料、工藝、安全、環(huán)境等進行重新調整,利用現(xiàn)場管理方案的優(yōu)化來提高各個生產要素的配合程度,以此改善現(xiàn)有的生產狀況。研究立足實際情況,從X公司的實際情況入手分析,從宏觀到微觀,從整體布局到管理制度改進,總結與分析了具體問題,以此提出了相對應的現(xiàn)場管理方案優(yōu)化。從根本上解決X公司現(xiàn)場管理存在的布局不合理、管理混亂、效率低下、質量失控的局面。該方案優(yōu)化措施,最終形成了一個完整的對企業(yè)現(xiàn)場管理的調適措施,從現(xiàn)場布置、質量優(yōu)化、調度流程改善、安全管理改進等,最終達到提高效率、改善環(huán)境、降低成本的目標,并使得X公司的現(xiàn)場管理步入規(guī)范化、標準化、信息化的模式中,最終利用保障措施樹立開展方案優(yōu)化,并取得了一定的效果。
[Abstract]:The economic development of our country has promoted the rapid growth of the manufacturing industry, and the manufacturing industry has become an important pillar of our economy. With the development of industrial economy, some small enterprises have developed into medium-sized, large-scale enterprises, and the development of scale has not led to the upgrading of their on-site management level. There are many problems in the field management of some enterprises. Under the original plant design and management mode, the production efficiency and product quality of the enterprise are affected, which directly affects the sustainable development of the enterprise and the promotion of the market competitiveness [1]. Attention should be paid to the fact that the on-site management of the enterprise is the key to the survival of the enterprise as well as the production line. All kinds of factors of production are concentrated in this link, and the problems arising from the on-site management have a direct impact on the development of the enterprise. How to use advanced management measures and methods to improve the on-site management of enterprises has become a problem that our manufacturing industry must face. Taking X Company as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the field management of X Company, and concludes that the enterprise must use the method of on-site management to readjust the personnel, equipment, materials, technology, safety, environment, etc. The optimization of the field management scheme is used to improve the coordination degree of each production factor, thus improving the existing production situation. Based on the actual situation, this paper analyzes the actual situation of X Company, from macro to micro, from the overall layout to the improvement of management system, summarizes and analyzes the specific problems, and puts forward the corresponding optimization of the field management scheme. In order to solve the problem of unreasonable layout, disordered management, low efficiency and out of control of quality in X Company. The program optimizes measures, finally forms a complete adjustment measures to the enterprise site management, from site layout, quality optimization, scheduling process improvement, safety management improvement and so on, finally achieves the enhancement efficiency, the improvement environment, and so on, The goal of reducing cost and making X Company's field management step into the mode of standardization, standardization and information, and finally use the safeguard measures to set up and carry out the program optimization, and achieved certain results.
