【摘要】：耗竭性資源面臨枯竭,我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)資源型城市的繁榮發(fā)展遇到了瓶頸,轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展之需箭在弦上。資源型城市轉(zhuǎn)型的核心就是接替產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇,站在金融配置效率的角度,運(yùn)用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的理論和研究手段,對(duì)黑龍江省雞西市進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,并對(duì)其制造業(yè)的接替產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇進(jìn)行了量化分析、篩選,確定了接替產(chǎn)業(yè),最后提出了發(fā)揮資本市場(chǎng)融資作用、財(cái)政資金有效介入和創(chuàng)設(shè)接替產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展基金等方面的金融支持政策建議。
[Abstract]:Exhausted resources are facing exhaustion, and the prosperity and development of traditional resource-based cities in China have met with bottlenecks. The core of the transformation of resource-based cities is the choice of replacement industries. From the perspective of financial allocation efficiency, the paper makes an empirical analysis of Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province, using the theory and research means of regional economics and industrial economics. In addition, the paper makes a quantitative analysis and selection of the replacement industry of its manufacturing industry, determines the replacement industry, and finally puts forward the role of capital market financing. Financial support policy suggestions on effective intervention of financial funds and establishment of successor industrial development funds.
