M公司PD40AVF產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)線平衡優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:目前國內外開關電源的生產(chǎn)技術比較成熟,產(chǎn)品種類趨于多樣化,被應用于各種整機產(chǎn)品上,產(chǎn)品技術在也在不斷創(chuàng)新,并得到廣泛的應用。開關電源應用領域主要涉及到的有計算機、家用電器等。家用電器應用的比較廣泛,包括電視、錄像機、音響等,本文所研究的M公司的PD40AVF開關電源被應用于三星電視,M公司也是40寸三星電視開關電源的主要供貨商。由于在當前市場環(huán)境下,公司來自于外部的競爭比較激烈,但客戶需求比較旺盛,針對這種情況,M公司正在以工業(yè)工程思想及質量管理理論等解決當前生產(chǎn)線存在的問題,以及時滿足市場需求,提高市場競爭力;诖,本文選擇M公司的PD40AVF電源產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)線為研究對象,首先介紹產(chǎn)品裝配的生產(chǎn)流程,明確本產(chǎn)品所經(jīng)過的各道工序;然后,通過時間研究和作業(yè)測定,采集生產(chǎn)線當前各個工作站的作業(yè)時間,對該產(chǎn)品當前的生產(chǎn)線平衡率進行測定與評價,進一步分析影響生產(chǎn)線平衡的因素,并針對各影響因素提出解決方案,旨在提高生產(chǎn)線的平衡率水平。本文主要分為五個章節(jié),對所研究的產(chǎn)品進行分析及改善。第一章,介紹本文的選題背景及意義,并闡述本文的研究目的、研究內容、研究思路與研究方法。第二章對國內外有關生產(chǎn)線平衡理論的研究進行總結,包括一些傳統(tǒng)的研究方法及新型的理論方法,最后通過文獻的整理和評析得出本文研究的理論基礎和方法。第三章,主要是分析描述產(chǎn)品當前的生產(chǎn)線情況,明確各工序的作業(yè)內容,測定各工序的標準時間,為下文的分析與改善提供依據(jù)。第四章,針對當前生產(chǎn)線存在的問題,從影響生產(chǎn)線平衡的因素出發(fā),提出總的改善方案,并針對工序作業(yè)內容、不良品操作者技術等,提出了改善方案及實施辦法,并對改善效果進行評估。第五章,對全文的工作進行總結,對當前的生產(chǎn)線平衡問題提出建議及對未來進行展望。
[Abstract]:At present, the production technology of switching power supply at home and abroad is relatively mature, and the product types tend to be diversified, which has been applied to all kinds of machine products, and the product technology is constantly innovating and widely used. Switching power supply applications are mainly related to computers, home appliances and so on. Home appliances are widely used, including TV, video recorders, audio, etc. The PD40AVF switching power supply of M Company is applied to Samsung TV and M Company is also the main supplier of 40 inch Samsung TV switching Power supply. Because in the current market environment, the company comes from the outside competition is more intense, but the customer demand is exuberant, in view of this situation, the company is solving the problems existing in the current production line with the industrial engineering thought and the quality management theory and so on. In order to meet market demand in time, improve market competitiveness. Based on this, this paper chooses the PD40AVF power product line of M Company as the research object, first introduces the production process of the product assembly, and then, through the time research and the job determination, The working time of each workstation of the production line is collected, the balance rate of the product line is measured and evaluated, the factors influencing the balance of the production line are analyzed, and the solutions are put forward. The aim is to improve the balance rate of the production line. This paper is divided into five chapters to analyze and improve the products studied. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this paper, and describes the research purpose, research content, research ideas and research methods. The second chapter summarizes the domestic and foreign research on the production line balance theory, including some traditional research methods and new theoretical methods. Finally, through the collation and evaluation of the literature, the theoretical basis and methods of this paper are obtained. The third chapter is mainly to analyze and describe the current production line of the product, to clarify the operation content of each process, to determine the standard time of each process, and to provide the basis for the analysis and improvement of the following. In the fourth chapter, according to the problems existing in the current production line, starting from the factors that affect the balance of the production line, the general improvement scheme is put forward, and the improvement scheme and the implementation method are put forward in view of the working procedure content, the bad product operator technology and so on. The improvement effect was evaluated. In the fifth chapter, the author summarizes the work of this paper, and puts forward some suggestions on the balance of production line and prospects for the future.
