【摘要】：本文利用各財務(wù)指標之間關(guān)系對指標進行拆解和重新合成,將企業(yè)的全部投入合理分為企業(yè)社會責任方面的投入和非企業(yè)社會責任方面的投入,選取制造業(yè)中的國有企業(yè)作為樣本,采用廣義矩估計方法更直觀地分析了企業(yè)社會責任對企業(yè)價值的影響,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)樣本企業(yè)履行對政府、對員工和對社會公益的責任會對企業(yè)價值產(chǎn)生顯著的正向影響。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the relationship between the financial indicators is used to disassemble and re-synthesize the indicators, and the whole input of the enterprise is divided into corporate social responsibility input and non-corporate social responsibility input. The state-owned enterprises in manufacturing industry are selected as samples, and the impact of corporate social responsibility on corporate value is analyzed more intuitively by using the generalized moment estimation method, and it is found that the sample enterprises perform to the government. Responsibility for employees and social welfare has a significant positive impact on corporate value.
