【摘要】：上海埃威公司是中國(guó)航空工業(yè)集團(tuán)公司下屬企業(yè),是由中航工業(yè)上電所獨(dú)資的一家面向航海、航空和教學(xué)領(lǐng)域的高科技企業(yè)。公司經(jīng)過(guò)近10年的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展與壯大,原有的信息系統(tǒng)已無(wú)法滿足公司的管理要求,為了解決該問(wèn)題,公司要求加快實(shí)施信息系統(tǒng)升級(jí)項(xiàng)目。本論文以上海埃威公司信息系統(tǒng)升級(jí)項(xiàng)目為例,闡述了項(xiàng)目管理理論、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃理論和項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制理論,將項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和控制的方法和工具應(yīng)用到該項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的進(jìn)度管理中,通過(guò)制定合理有效的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,采取有效控制措施,最終保證該項(xiàng)目能按計(jì)劃順利完成。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括以下三個(gè)方面:(1)本文對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理理論及方法在信息系統(tǒng)升級(jí)項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用全面系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)行了闡述。對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度實(shí)施有效的計(jì)劃與控制,使其順利達(dá)到預(yù)定目標(biāo),是項(xiàng)目管理的核心。因此,將項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃控制的相關(guān)理論有效地應(yīng)用于項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程,可以很好地指導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的實(shí)施,保證項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度目標(biāo)的達(dá)成。(2)基于進(jìn)度計(jì)劃理論,通過(guò)WBS分解結(jié)構(gòu)、甘特圖、關(guān)鍵路線法,繪制雙代號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖等現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理技術(shù),對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行工作分解,明確了工作任務(wù),編制出該項(xiàng)目工作計(jì)劃,并根據(jù)項(xiàng)目工期的目標(biāo)要求,對(duì)計(jì)劃進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化;(3)基于進(jìn)度控制理論,介紹了進(jìn)度控制的原理,在此基礎(chǔ)上系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)地論述了信息化升級(jí)改造項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制過(guò)程,闡述了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的作用和影響埃威公司信息系統(tǒng)升級(jí)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的影響因素,并探討了埃威公司對(duì)信息系統(tǒng)升級(jí)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的過(guò)程和進(jìn)度管理的措施。對(duì)于在施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制和進(jìn)度控制過(guò)程中,如何采用各種工具、方法和措施,完善相應(yīng)的控制流程和保障措施等方面的問(wèn)題,具有一定的理論意義。以正在進(jìn)行的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目為例,也具有一定的使用應(yīng)用價(jià)值。通過(guò)本項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施,總結(jié)了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),能為其他各類項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理,尤其是信息系統(tǒng)升級(jí)類項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理提供有效借鑒。
[Abstract]:Shanghai Erwei is a subsidiary of China Aeronautical Industry Group, a high-tech enterprise wholly owned by China Aviation Industry China Electric Power Co., Ltd. for navigation, aviation and teaching. After nearly 10 years of steady development and expansion, the original information system can no longer meet the management requirements of the company, in order to solve this problem, the company requests to speed up the implementation of information system upgrade project. Taking the information system upgrade project of Shanghai Erwei Company as an example, this paper expounds the theory of project management, the theory of project schedule planning and the theory of project schedule control. The methods and tools of project schedule planning and control are applied to the progress management of the project implementation. By making a reasonable and effective schedule plan and taking effective control measures, the project can be completed smoothly according to the plan. The main research contents of this paper include the following three aspects: 1) this paper expounds the application of project management theory and method in the information system upgrade project. It is the core of project management to carry out effective planning and control of project schedule and make it achieve its scheduled goal smoothly. Therefore, applying the relevant theories of project schedule control to the process of project management effectively can guide the implementation of the project schedule and ensure the achievement of the project schedule goals. 2) based on the progress plan theory, the WBS decomposition structure is adopted. Gantt chart, key route method, drawing double code network diagram and other modern project schedule management techniques are used to decompose the work of the project, define the work task, draw out the work plan of the project, and according to the target requirements of the project duration, Based on the theory of schedule control, the principle of schedule control is introduced. On this basis, the progress control process of information upgrade project is discussed in detail. This paper expounds the function of project schedule control and the factors influencing the progress of information system upgrade project in Erwei Company, and probes into the process of schedule control and the measures of schedule management of information system upgrade project by Erwei Company. It has certain theoretical significance for how to use various tools, methods and measures, and how to perfect the corresponding control flow and safeguard measures in the process of construction schedule planning and schedule control. Taking the actual project in progress as an example, it also has certain application value. Through the successful implementation of this project, the advanced experience of project schedule management is summarized, which can provide an effective reference for the schedule management of other kinds of projects, especially the progress management of information system upgrade projects.
