【摘要】：針對(duì)我國(guó)制藥企業(yè)對(duì)ERP實(shí)施績(jī)效的評(píng)價(jià)的需求,本文設(shè)計(jì)出了適用于我國(guó)制藥企業(yè)的ERP實(shí)施績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)模型。結(jié)合制藥企業(yè)的特殊行業(yè)背景,建立我國(guó)制藥企業(yè)ERP實(shí)施績(jī)效的評(píng)價(jià)體系。評(píng)價(jià)體系分為兩個(gè)模塊:主要模塊運(yùn)用平衡記分卡法,對(duì)ERP實(shí)施之后的企業(yè)績(jī)效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià);輔助模塊參考ABCD測(cè)評(píng)表,評(píng)價(jià)ERP系統(tǒng)的使用績(jī)效,達(dá)到對(duì)其它影響企業(yè)績(jī)效的因素進(jìn)行過(guò)濾的目的。同時(shí),運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)判法,提出一套ERP實(shí)施績(jī)效的綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,從而形成我國(guó)制藥企業(yè)ERP實(shí)施績(jī)效的評(píng)價(jià)模型,科學(xué)地評(píng)價(jià)ERP在我國(guó)制藥企業(yè)中的實(shí)施績(jī)效。通過(guò)對(duì)DT制藥有限公司的實(shí)際案例的研究,證明了該評(píng)價(jià)模型的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In view of the needs of the evaluation of the performance of ERP in China's pharmaceutical enterprises, this paper designs a performance evaluation model for the implementation of ERP in the pharmaceutical enterprises of our country. The evaluation system of the implementation performance of the pharmaceutical enterprises in our country is established by combining the special industry background of the pharmaceutical enterprises. The evaluation system is divided into two modules: the main module uses the balanced scorecard method. To evaluate the performance of the enterprise after the implementation of ERP, the auxiliary module refers to the ABCD assessment table, evaluates the performance of the ERP system, and achieves the purpose of filtering other factors affecting the enterprise performance. At the same time, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to put forward a comprehensive evaluation method of the implementation performance of the ERP, thus forming the ERP implementation of the pharmaceutical enterprise in China. The performance evaluation model is a scientific evaluation of the implementation performance of ERP in China's pharmaceutical enterprises. The feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation model are proved through the study of the actual cases of DT Pharmaceutical Co.
