【摘要】：�？碌闹卫硇g這一概念越來越成為學術界關注的焦點,該術語旨在對治理的本質進行某種重新思考。作為"指導行為的行為",也即直接地指導人們如何行為和行動并可進行一定程度計算的各種方式,治理術概念引發(fā)了很多關于"如何"治理的研究:我們如何進行治理,我們如何被治理,國家治理、對他人的治理、自我治理之間具有何種關系,等等。最初,這一概念的應用僅限于分析西方社會。然而,現在有很多研究開始逐漸探尋治理術概念在分析非西方社會政府時的有用性。本文將概述治理術的基本特征,并詳細解釋如何運用這一概念研究中國的"政府"和"治理"問題。
[Abstract]:The concept of Foucault's governance has increasingly become the focus of academic attention. The term aims at rethinking the nature of governance. As a "guiding behavior," that is, a variety of ways to direct how people behave and act and can be calculated to a certain extent, the concept of governance has led to a lot of research on how to govern: how we govern. How we are governed, how we govern, how we govern others, how we govern ourselves, and so on. Initially, the application of this concept was limited to the analysis of Western societies. However, many studies are beginning to explore the usefulness of the concept of governance in the analysis of non-western governments. This paper will outline the basic features of governance, and explain in detail how to use this concept to study "government" and "governance" in China.
