【摘要】：制造業(yè)是我國支柱產業(yè)之一,在工業(yè)化進程中占據重要的地位,制造業(yè)集聚則有益于對地區(qū)經濟的輻射。同時,外商直接投資也開始慢慢由東南沿海地區(qū)向內陸轉移,也在經濟發(fā)展中起到越來越重要的作用。安徽省制造業(yè)在引進外資和集聚方面都有了快速發(fā)展,因此探討兩者之間的關系對促進安徽省經濟發(fā)展有很強的現(xiàn)實意義。本文由三個部分組成,第一部分是理論基礎,論文的第一章和第二章,除了對選題背景和意義等介紹外,還整理了FDI和產業(yè)集聚的相關重要理論,并將國內外學者關于FDI和產業(yè)集聚關系的文獻加以綜述,主要從FDI對產業(yè)集聚的影響、產業(yè)集聚對FDI區(qū)位選擇的影響以及兩者的互動關系三個角度對前人的研究進行了分析歸納。第二部分是定性分析,論文的第三章和第四章,第三章分別從FDI對產業(yè)集聚的形成及發(fā)展過程的正面或負面作用,以及產業(yè)集聚效應的優(yōu)勢對FDI的吸引力分析出發(fā),在兩者的基礎上提出了FDI與產業(yè)集聚可能存在的循環(huán)因果關系；第四章一方面梳理了安徽省制造業(yè)利用外商投資的情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)安徽省制造業(yè)外商投資更多的投向資本密集型行業(yè),且存在地區(qū)分布不均衡等問題;一方面對安徽省制造業(yè)集聚的整體狀況做了一個了解,發(fā)現(xiàn)集聚區(qū)域特色明顯,且存在諸多問題。第三部分是定量分析,論文的第五章。首先利用區(qū)位熵指標衡量了安徽省制造業(yè)集聚的狀況,并對區(qū)位熵的動態(tài)演進進行了分析研究。其次本文采用1999-2013年安徽省制造業(yè)分行業(yè)的面板數(shù)據做多元線性回歸,利用區(qū)位熵作為被解釋變量,以外商投資和港澳臺投資企業(yè)的各行業(yè)總產值為重要解釋變量,并另選取了三個影響產業(yè)集.聚的控制變量：分行業(yè)固定資產建設規(guī)模、勞動密集度、規(guī)模以上企業(yè)數(shù),實證結果發(fā)現(xiàn)FDI與安徽省制造業(yè)集聚確實存在長期均衡關系,FDI每增加1個百分點,安徽省制造業(yè)集聚將提高0.08個百分點。此外,本文又選用了1998-2013年安徽省制造業(yè)的時間序列數(shù)據,運用灰色關聯(lián)度方法研究發(fā)現(xiàn)FDI與安徽省制造業(yè)集聚關聯(lián)度雖然達到0.74,但在影響安徽省制造業(yè)集聚的各影響因素中關聯(lián)排序最后,說明FDI對安徽省制造業(yè)集聚的影響力不是很強。第四部分是政策建議,論文的第六章。從利用FDI的視角來看,一要調整引資策略,優(yōu)化外資結構;二要提高外資質量,加強本地根植性。從產業(yè)集聚的視角來看,一要完善集聚區(qū)分工協(xié)作體系,加強企業(yè)間網絡關聯(lián)；二要提升自我發(fā)展能力,突出產業(yè)優(yōu)勢；三要加快配套設施建設,提升對FDI的吸引力。
[Abstract]:The manufacturing industry is one of the pillar industries in China, which occupies an important position in the process of industrialization. The manufacturing agglomeration is beneficial to the radiation of the regional economy. At the same time, the foreign direct investment is gradually transferred from the southeast coastal area to the inland, and also plays a more and more important role in the economic development. The manufacturing industry in Anhui province is introducing foreign capital and the foreign investment. There is a rapid development in agglomeration, so it is of great practical significance to explore the relationship between the two to promote the economic development of Anhui province. This paper is composed of three parts. The first part is the theoretical basis, the first chapter and the second chapter of the paper. Besides introducing the background and significance of the topic, the paper also collects the importance of the FDI and the industrial agglomeration. The literature reviews the literature on the relationship between FDI and industrial agglomeration at home and abroad, mainly from the influence of FDI on industrial agglomeration, the impact of industrial agglomeration on FDI location selection and the interaction relationship between the two. The second part is qualitative analysis, the third chapter and the fourth chapter of the thesis, the first chapter, and the first chapter, the third chapter and the third chapter. The three chapter, starting from the positive or negative effects of FDI on the formation and development of industrial agglomeration, and the attraction of industrial agglomeration effect to the attraction of FDI, puts forward the possible cyclic causality between FDI and industrial agglomeration on the basis of the two. The fourth chapter, on the one hand, combs the situation of the use of foreign investment in the manufacturing industry of Anhui province. It is found that the foreign investment in the manufacturing industry of Anhui province is more invested in capital intensive industries, and there is an imbalance in regional distribution. On the one hand, we have made a understanding of the overall situation of the agglomeration of manufacturing industry in Anhui Province, and found that the regional characteristics of the agglomeration are obvious and there are many problems. The third part is the quantitative analysis, the fifth chapter of the paper. First use of the paper. The location entropy index is used to measure the situation of manufacturing agglomeration in Anhui Province, and analyze the dynamic evolution of the location entropy. Secondly, this paper uses the panel data of the manufacturing sector in Anhui province for 1999-2013 years to make multiple linear regression, using the location entropy as the explanatory variable, the foreign investment and the total production of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan investment enterprises. The value is an important explanatory variable, and three other industrial sets are selected. The control variable: the scale of the construction of the fixed assets, the labor intensity, the number of Enterprises above the scale. The empirical results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between FDI and the manufacturing agglomeration in Anhui Province, with the increase of 1 percentage points in the FDI and the increase of 0.08 in the manufacturing industry in Anhui province. In addition, this paper also selects the time series data of the manufacturing industry of Anhui province for 1998-2013 years, and uses the grey correlation method to find that the association degree of the manufacturing industry agglomeration of FDI and Anhui province has reached 0.74, but the correlation ranking of the influencing factors of the manufacturing industry agglomeration in Anhui Province is the last, which shows that FDI is the agglomeration of the manufacturing industry in Anhui province. The fourth part is not very strong. The fourth part is the policy proposal, the sixth chapter of the paper. From the perspective of the use of FDI, we should adjust the investment strategy and optimize the structure of foreign capital; two to improve the quality of foreign capital and strengthen the local embeddedness. From the perspective of industrial agglomeration, we should perfect the system of division of labor in the agglomeration area, strengthen the network association between enterprises; two should Three, we must speed up the development of supporting facilities and enhance the attractiveness of FDI.
