【摘要】：在系統(tǒng)總結(jié)安徽省煤層氣勘查開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,深入探討了"十三五"期間煤層氣勘查開(kāi)發(fā)的戰(zhàn)略布局,提出了勘查開(kāi)發(fā)的主要任務(wù)和目標(biāo),并進(jìn)一步指出了科技攻關(guān)的重點(diǎn)方向。"十三五"期間,安徽省應(yīng)根據(jù)煤層氣產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)際情況,堅(jiān)持地面開(kāi)發(fā)與井下抽采相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建高效協(xié)調(diào)開(kāi)發(fā)格局;統(tǒng)籌煤層氣、煤炭開(kāi)發(fā)時(shí)序,建立煤層氣與煤炭綜合勘查開(kāi)發(fā)機(jī)制;堅(jiān)持基礎(chǔ)研究與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新相結(jié)合,突破煤層氣勘查開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)瓶頸;在保持目前煤礦瓦斯井下抽采力度的前提下,爭(zhēng)取在宿州區(qū)塊實(shí)現(xiàn)煤層氣地面開(kāi)發(fā)的實(shí)質(zhì)性突破。
[Abstract]:On the basis of systematically summarizing the present situation of coalbed methane exploration and development in Anhui Province, the strategic layout of coalbed methane exploration and development during the 13th Five-Year Plan period is discussed in depth, and the main tasks and objectives of exploration and development are put forward. And further pointed out the key direction of scientific and technological research. " During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, Anhui Province should adhere to the combination of ground development and underground extraction and production in accordance with the actual conditions of the development of coal-bed methane industry, so as to build a highly efficient and coordinated development pattern, and coordinate the timing of coalbed methane and coal development. To establish a comprehensive exploration and development mechanism for coalbed methane and coal, to adhere to the combination of basic research and technological innovation, to break through the technical bottleneck of coalbed methane exploration and development, and to maintain the present intensity of underground methane extraction in coal mines, Strive to achieve a substantial breakthrough in the Suzhou block of CBM ground development.
