【摘要】：基于資源編排視角,通過(guò)艾默生與奧的斯的縱向案例研究,探索制造企業(yè)如何通過(guò)資源動(dòng)態(tài)編排構(gòu)建服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力及其演化路徑。研究結(jié)果顯示:(1)制造企業(yè)資源編排包含三個(gè)過(guò)程:構(gòu)建資源組合、資源歸攏整合與資源轉(zhuǎn)化利用,在企業(yè)不同的發(fā)展階段,資源編排有不同的表現(xiàn)形式;(2)環(huán)境動(dòng)蕩性引發(fā)企業(yè)能力與其所嵌入情境之間的沖突是企業(yè)培育服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力的前提,對(duì)關(guān)鍵資源的編排是企業(yè)構(gòu)建服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力、提高市場(chǎng)適應(yīng)性的基礎(chǔ);(3)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力主要包括服務(wù)覆蓋能力、服務(wù)流程化能力和服務(wù)開(kāi)發(fā)能力,資源編排的不同方式導(dǎo)致服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力的躍遷和序列效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of resource orchestration, through the longitudinal case study of Emerson and Otis, this paper explores how manufacturing enterprises construct service innovation ability and its evolution path through dynamic resource arrangement. The results show that the resource arrangement of manufacturing enterprises consists of three processes: the construction of resource combination, the integration of resources and the conversion and utilization of resources, and at different stages of enterprise development. The conflict between enterprise capability and its embedded situation is the premise for enterprises to cultivate service innovation ability, and the arrangement of key resources is the construction of service innovation ability. The capability of service innovation mainly includes the ability of service coverage, the ability of service flow and the ability of service development. Different ways of resource arrangement lead to the transition and sequential effect of service innovation ability.
