【摘要】：提出了建筑業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展服務(wù)型建造模式的理論模型及10項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵要素,以對服務(wù)型建造模式對建筑業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究.運(yùn)用直覺模糊數(shù)多動(dòng)態(tài)屬性群決策分析方法和相關(guān)性分析方法對統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,揭示出建筑業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展服務(wù)型建造中價(jià)值鏈上各要素的本質(zhì)作用和相互關(guān)系,為提高建筑業(yè)企業(yè)服務(wù)型建造業(yè)務(wù)的整體水平提供了方案策略的制定依據(jù).
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward the theoretical model and 10 key elements of the service-oriented construction model for the development of construction enterprises in order to study the mechanism of the service-oriented construction mode on the innovative development of the construction enterprises.By using the intuitionistic fuzzy number multi-dynamic attribute group decision analysis method and the correlation analysis method, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the statistical investigation data, and reveals the essential role and interrelation of each element in the service construction of the construction industry.In order to improve the overall level of service-oriented construction business in construction enterprises, it provides the basis for the formulation of the scheme strategy.
