【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增速減緩、鋼鐵產(chǎn)能嚴(yán)重過剩,安賽樂米塔爾集團(tuán)與其它國內(nèi)、外鋼鐵企業(yè)在中國市場的競爭日益激烈,而根據(jù)中國鋼鐵市場的現(xiàn)狀,制定適合的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對安賽樂米塔爾未來在中國的生存、發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。本文首先對安賽樂米塔爾公司的規(guī)模、產(chǎn)品、市場及發(fā)展歷史進(jìn)行了簡要介紹,其次從產(chǎn)能分布、供求關(guān)系、世界主要鋼鐵生產(chǎn)國情況及行業(yè)利潤對世界鋼鐵情況進(jìn)行了介紹,接著又分析了中國鋼鐵的生產(chǎn)狀況、供求關(guān)系、進(jìn)出口情況、行業(yè)利潤等方面;然后對未來鋼鐵消費(fèi)有潛在增長的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、汽車、油氣行業(yè)的未來鋼鐵消費(fèi)情況進(jìn)行分析并對鋼鐵行業(yè)提出意見。再后采用SWOT方法對安賽樂米塔爾公司在全球的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和威脅進(jìn)行了研究,并對安賽樂米塔爾在中國所處的政治環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會環(huán)境及技術(shù)環(huán)境用PEST方法進(jìn)行了研究。最后,提出了安賽樂米塔爾集團(tuán)在中國的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,其中包括上下游的價(jià)值鏈延伸戰(zhàn)略,用波士頓矩陣對安賽樂米塔爾主要在華銷售產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了分析,并提出不同的產(chǎn)品銷售策略,市場擴(kuò)張戰(zhàn)略,基于4R的市場營銷策略,技術(shù)發(fā)展策略,提高企業(yè)認(rèn)知度及人力資源和綠色環(huán)保策略。
[Abstract]:As China's economic growth slows and steel production capacity is seriously overcapacity, ArcelorMittal Group and other domestic and foreign steel enterprises are increasingly competitive in the Chinese market, and according to the current situation of the Chinese steel market,It is important for ArcelorMittal's future survival and development in China to formulate a suitable development strategy.In this paper, the scale, product, market and development history of ArcelorMittal Company are briefly introduced, and then the world steel situation is introduced from capacity distribution, supply and demand relationship, the situation of major steel producing countries in the world and industry profits.Then it analyzes the production situation, supply and demand relationship, import and export situation, industry profit and other aspects of China's iron and steel industry. Then it has a potential growth in the future steel consumption infrastructure, automobile, etc.The future steel consumption of oil and gas industry is analyzed and the opinion of iron and steel industry is put forward.Then using the SWOT method to study the global strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of ArcelorMittal, and the political and economic environment of ArcelorMittal in China.The social environment and technical environment were studied by PEST method.Finally, the paper puts forward the development strategy of ArcelorMittal Group in China, including the upstream and downstream value chain extension strategy, and analyzes ArcelorMittal's main products in China with Boston matrix.Different product sales strategies, market expansion strategies, marketing strategies based on 4R and technology development strategies are put forward to improve enterprise awareness, human resources and green environmental protection strategies.
