【摘要】:中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過三十多年的努力,尤其是近十年來國家對于汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整和消費政策支持,中國汽車市場規(guī)模急劇擴張,汽車生產(chǎn)蓬勃發(fā)展。汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)具有產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈長、關(guān)聯(lián)度高、就業(yè)面廣和消費拉動大的諸多特點,在一國國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著重要的作用,在很大程度上決定著一國的工業(yè)化程度和代表著一個國家的經(jīng)濟與科技發(fā)展水平。相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的制定,對于中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場結(jié)構(gòu)具有一定的影響。本文在對國內(nèi)外學者關(guān)于SCP范式和市場結(jié)構(gòu)等相關(guān)文獻進行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上從理論角度闡述了產(chǎn)業(yè)政策與市場結(jié)構(gòu)兩者之間的關(guān)系以及政策對于市場結(jié)構(gòu)的影響機制。根據(jù)政策因素對我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)市場結(jié)構(gòu)的影響作用將整個市場結(jié)構(gòu)演化過程進行分割,闡述每個市場結(jié)構(gòu)演化階段中不同的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)政策對于該產(chǎn)業(yè)市場結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的影響。結(jié)合理論進行實證分析,以能夠代表市場結(jié)構(gòu)的集中度、進入和退出壁壘等因素為依據(jù)選取相關(guān)指標,對市場集中度的效果進行定量分析,得出政策對于市場結(jié)構(gòu)具有正面影響的結(jié)論。最后結(jié)合當前的經(jīng)濟形勢和汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的實施經(jīng)驗,提出促進汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)市場結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和完善產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years' efforts, especially the country's strategic adjustment and consumer policy support for the development of automobile industry in the past ten years, the scale of China's automobile market has expanded rapidly, and the automobile production has flourished.The automobile industry has many characteristics, such as long industrial chain, high correlation degree, wide employment and large consumption pull, which plays an important role in the national economy and social development of a country.To a large extent, it determines the degree of industrialization and represents the level of economic and technological development of a country.The formulation of relevant industrial policies has a certain impact on the market structure of China's automobile industry.Based on the review of domestic and foreign scholars' literatures on SCP paradigm and market structure, this paper expounds the relationship between industrial policy and market structure and the influence mechanism of policy on market structure from the theoretical point of view.According to the influence of the policy factors on the market structure of China's automobile industry, the whole evolution process of the market structure is divided, and the influence of different automobile industry policies on the market structure in each stage of the evolution of the market structure is expounded.Based on the empirical analysis of the theory and the factors such as concentration degree of market structure, entry and exit barriers, the effect of market concentration degree is analyzed quantitatively.Draw the conclusion that policy has positive influence on market structure.Finally, combined with the current economic situation and the implementation experience of auto industry policy, the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the adjustment of the market structure of automobile industry and to perfect the industrial policy.
