【摘要】：研究結(jié)果表明,企業(yè)家年齡效應和企業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率之間具有顯著的U形關(guān)系,并且上述非線性實證關(guān)系滿足因果推斷的統(tǒng)計要求。進一步測算U形的拐點,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):對于40~50歲中年企業(yè)家群體,其所在企業(yè)的全要素生產(chǎn)率顯著低于其他年齡分組的企業(yè)家群體,從而在實證上證實了現(xiàn)有文獻對于企業(yè)家群體"中年危機"現(xiàn)象的理論猜測。
[Abstract]:The results show that there is a significant U-shaped relationship between entrepreneur age effect and total factor productivity, and the above nonlinear empirical relationship meets the statistical requirements of causal inference.Further measuring the U-shaped inflection point, the results show that the total factor productivity of their enterprises is significantly lower than that of the entrepreneurs of other age groups.Thus, the theoretical conjecture on the phenomenon of "middle-aged crisis" of entrepreneur group is confirmed empirically.
