【摘要】：從上世紀90年代開始,信息化在全球經濟社會發(fā)展中的作用日益顯著,甚至引發(fā)了一場社會變革,深刻影響著社會生活。如今,數字技術己經滲透到生產、生活的各個領域,與經濟全球化一起推動著產業(yè)分工深化和經濟結構調整,從而重塑著世界經濟格局。在此背景下,利用信息化手段謀求生存與發(fā)展,積極建設數字化礦山,是礦業(yè)企業(yè)必須面對的新挑戰(zhàn)。本文闡述了數字礦山的概念及其內涵,回顧了信息技術發(fā)展下,數字礦山建設的系統(tǒng)理論、控制理論、導航理論等相關理論,作為全文的理論基礎;在對企業(yè)進行調研的基礎上,分析了我國礦業(yè)企業(yè)目前信息化建設的現(xiàn)狀,探討了數字礦山建設存在的問題及影響因素,并進一步探究其制約因素;結合Z礦業(yè)企業(yè)信息化建設現(xiàn)狀,提出該企業(yè)數字礦山建設的內容、整體規(guī)劃和實施方案;針對Z礦業(yè)企業(yè)的信息化基礎和現(xiàn)有資源,對該企業(yè)的調度管理、技術管理、安全預警、運銷、財務和資源環(huán)境管理,以及電子商務等系統(tǒng)提出了數字礦山建設的系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃,并分別對各系統(tǒng)的設計目標和功能模塊的劃分兩個方面進行了研究。此外,論文還研究了建設數字礦山的一系列保障措施。希望本文對于Z礦業(yè)公司建設數字礦山,明確和實施信息化建設任務具有指導作用,同時對于其它同類企業(yè)的數字礦山建設也具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, information technology has played a more and more important role in the global economic and social development. It has even caused a social change and deeply affected social life. Now, digital technology has penetrated into all fields of production and life. Along with economic globalization, it promotes the deepening of industrial division of labor and the adjustment of economic structure, thus reshaping the world economic pattern. Under this background, the use of information technology means to seek survival and development, and to actively build digital mines, It is a new challenge that mining enterprises must face. This paper expounds the concept and connotation of digital mine, reviews the system theory, control theory, navigation theory and other related theories of digital mine construction under the development of information technology. As the theoretical basis of the full text, on the basis of investigation and investigation of enterprises, this paper analyzes the present situation of information construction of Chinese mining enterprises, probes into the problems existing in the construction of digital mines and its influencing factors, and further probes into its restrictive factors. According to the present situation of information construction in Z mining enterprise, this paper puts forward the contents, overall planning and implementation plan of the digital mine construction of this enterprise, and aims at the informatization foundation and existing resources of Z mining enterprise, the dispatching management and technical management of the enterprise. The system planning of digital mine construction is put forward in such systems as security early warning, transportation and marketing, finance and resource environment management, and electronic commerce, and the design objectives and functional modules of each system are studied respectively. The paper also studies a series of safeguard measures for the construction of digital mine. It is hoped that this paper can guide Z Mining Company to build digital mine and make clear and implement the task of information construction. At the same time, it also has certain reference value for other similar enterprises' digital mine construction.
