【摘要】：我國(guó)"富煤、貧油、少氣"的資源稟賦決定了我國(guó)石油天然氣的高對(duì)外依存度和燃煤在一次能源使用中的高占比,這在影響國(guó)家能源安全的同時(shí),也造成了較大的碳減排壓力.在主要煤炭基地發(fā)展煤制油和煤制氣產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)提升我國(guó)的能源安全程度和煤炭資源的利用效率具有重要意義.通過(guò)對(duì)新疆煤制油和煤制氣已投產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的資料進(jìn)行收集分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合新疆2012年投入產(chǎn)出表,按照價(jià)值生成和產(chǎn)品分配兩個(gè)維度新增了新疆煤制油和煤制氣產(chǎn)業(yè)的投入產(chǎn)出數(shù)據(jù),并據(jù)此分析了煤制油和煤制氣產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)新疆區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響.研究結(jié)果表明:煤制油和煤制氣產(chǎn)業(yè)除對(duì)煤炭采選業(yè)、交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)行業(yè)、電力熱力生產(chǎn)和供應(yīng)行業(yè)以及供水行業(yè)有明顯的拉動(dòng)作用外,還和化學(xué)工業(yè)和金融業(yè)有著密切的聯(lián)系,這對(duì)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的制定具有參考價(jià)值.
[Abstract]:China's "rich coal, lean oil, low gas" resource endowment determines the high degree of dependence of oil and natural gas and the high proportion of coal in primary energy use, which affects national energy security at the same time. The development of coal oil and coal gas industry in the main coal base is of great significance to improve the energy security and the utilization efficiency of coal resources in Xinjiang. On the basis of collecting and analyzing the data of the gas production projects that have been put into operation, According to the input-output table of Xinjiang in 2012, according to the two dimensions of value generation and product distribution, the input-output data of Xinjiang coal oil and coal gas industry are added. On the basis of this, the paper analyzes the influence of coal oil and coal gas industry on the development of regional economy in Xinjiang. The results show that the coal oil and coal gas production industry not only affects the coal mining and separation industry, but also the transportation industry, and the storage industry. In addition to the obvious pull effect of the electric power thermal production and supply industry and the water supply industry, there are close relations with the chemical industry and the financial industry, which has reference value for the formulation of the relevant industrial policies.
